Zakres projektu obejmuje 1 budynek wielorodz. położ. w Olsztynie przy ul. Wyzwolenia 28 – budynek podpiwn., liczba kondyg.: 3, ilość lokali ogółem: 5, w tym mieszk. - 4 i użytkowych - 1 o łącznej pow. użyt. 389,72 m2. Budynek położ. jest w strefie ochr. konserw. i jest wpisany do rej. zabytków pod nr: A-2329). W wybranym do realiz. wariancie stan. przedmiot niniejszego projektu nowa jakość budynku oraz przestrzeni zostanie uzysk. poprzez następ. usprawn.: a) Prace konserw. elewacji budynku b) Prace konserw. na klatce schod. budynku. W zakres wchodziły takze: oprac. dok. tech. progr. pr. kons., proj. bud. stol. okienn., studium wyk. oraz promocja. Więcej w rozdz. 1.1 sw; Interesariuszami przedm. projektu są mieszkańcy kamienicy, a tym samym obszaru rewitalizacji, turyści, służby konserw., GminaOlsztyn. Szczeg. inform. na temat zakresu rzecz. i przyjętych rozw. znajduje się w rozdz. 2.2 studium wykonaln. oraz w wyciągu z dokum. techn. będącej załączn. do wniosku.
