Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie metody mającej zapewnić kompleksowe działanie regulujące prawidłowe funkcjonowanie gruczołów/zatok okołoodbytowych u psów. Działanie metody zostanie oparte na jednoczesnym oddziaływaniu na zasadzie synergizmu hiperaddycyjnego produktu pielęgnacyjnego oraz MPU. Dwutorowe oddziaływanie będzie polegało na połączeniu w MPU substancji czynnych usprawniających pracę układu pokarmowego z preparatem pielęgnacyjnym mającym na celu przeciwdziałanie zakażeniom i niedrożnością przewodu odprowadzającego wydzielinę z gruczołów okołoodbytowych. Dysfunkcje zatok okołoodbytowych mogą być spowodowane wieloma czynnikami, które mają jedną wspólną cechę – ich konsekwencją jest patologiczne nagromadzenie się wydzieliny w zatokach oraz (często) brak prawidłowego jej usuwania, co w efekcie może doprowadzić do zatkania zatok okołoodbytowych psa. W celu wykazania skuteczności opracowanych preparatów zostanie wykonanych szereg badań laboratoryjnych, produkcyjnych oraz testów terenowych. Efektem końcowym będzie opracowanie przez Over znacząco ulepszonego produktu w postaci metody zapobiegawczej dla opisanego wyżej schorzenia. Zakładamy, że stosowanie opracowanej metody przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zagrożenia występowania schorzeń zatok okołoodbytowych oraz pozytywnie wpłynie na ogólną zdrowotność psa. Niemniej ważne od samego działania preparatu będzie także to, że metoda ta będzie mogła być stosowana indywidualnie, tzn. dawkowanie preparatu będzie uzależnione od skali problemu, ale jednocześnie będzie uwzględniała specyficzne zapotrzebowanie psów na wybrane składniki pokarmowe działające łagodząco na przedstawiony we wniosku problem. Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The purpose of the project is to develop a method to ensure a comprehensive action to regulate the correct functioning of the gland (s) in dogs.The operation of the method will be based on the simultaneous impact of the synergism of a care product and the MPU.The two-pronged effect will be to combine active substances in the MPU to improve the working of the gastrointestinal system with a care preparation to prevent infections and the permeability of the drainage line from the rectal gland.The dysfunction of the perianal sinuses can be caused by a number of factors which have one common feature of & pressing;the result is the pathological accumulation of secretions in the sinus and (often) the lack of proper disposal, which in turn could lead to the cloak of the dog.In order to demonstrate the efficacy of the preparations, a number of laboratory, production and field tests will be carried out.The final result will be the development by Over of a significantly improved product in the form of a preventive method for the condition described above.We assume that the method used will reduce the risk of acute rectal disorders and will have a positive impact on the overall health of the dog.However, it will also be important from the operation of the preparation that this method can be applied individually, i.e. the dosage of the preparation will depend on the scale of the problem, but at the same time it will take into account the specific needs of dogs for selected nutrients in order to alleviate the problem.
