THE TRAINING AS A ‘NET BEST PRACTICES AND DESIGN PATTERNS’ (SIMPLIFICATION OF COMPLEX PROGRAMMING) STEMS FROM A PROCESS OF ANALYSIS OF THE INTERNAL NEEDS CARRIED OUT BY THE HUMAN RESOURCES SECTOR OF THE APPLICANT COMPANY AND CONCLUDED BY THE DETECTION OF A TECHNICAL EXPERTISE GAP IN RELATION TO OBJECTIVE-ORIENTATED PROGRAMMING.
