Przedmiotowy projekt obejmuje budowę i modernizację infrastruktury transportu publicznego i ma na celu ograniczenie niskiej emisji transportowej na obszarze Gminy Świebodzice oraz Aglomeracji Wałbrzyskiej. Niedobory zdiagnozowane na terenie Gminy to brak miejsc parkingowych przy Placu Dworcowym, brak sieci ścieżek rowerowych oraz rozwiązań, które umożliwiłyby bezpieczną zmianę środka transportu i kontynuowanie podróży środkiem komunikacji publicznej(PKP/PKS). Ponadto, istniejące przystanki są w złym stanie technicznym i występuje zapotrzebowanie na zakup taboru autobusowego. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Świebodzice, która posiada właściwy potencjał administracyjny i techniczny do realizacji przedsięwzięcia. Zadania zaplanowane w ramach projektu stanowią odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane niedobory, zakres projektu jest następujący: 1.Dokumentacja budowlana i Studium wykonalności 2.Centrum przesiadkowe "P&R, P&B" przy Placu Dworcowym w Świebodzicach 3.Ścieżki rowerowe 4.Oświetlenie 5.Inteligentne przystanki 6.Zakup ekologicznego autobusu 7.Inspektor nadzoru 8.Promocja projektu 9.Zarządzanie projektem.Inwestycja ma wysoce kompleksowy charakter poprzez realizację szeregu wzajemnie uzupełniających się działań tj.budowa systemu dróg rowerowych wraz z infrastrukturą dla ruchu rowerowego i pieszego połączone z budową zintegrowanego centrum przesiadkowego przy Placu Dworcowym, wykonaniem inteligentnych przystanków oraz modernizacją oświetlenia i zakupem autobusu pozwolą na znaczące podniesienie jakości oferowanych usług transportu publicznego,dzięki czemu nastąpi zmniejszenie wykorzystania indywidualnych zmotoryzowanych środków transportu i ograniczenie niskiej emisji transportowej. Wskaźnik rezultatu dla projektu w postaci redukcji emisji gazów cieplarnianych wynosi 114 ton CO2/rok. Przedsięwzięcie zostało wpisane z tytułu do obowiązującego PGN na lata 2014-2020 z perspektywą do 2030 dla Gminy Świebodzice przyjętego uchwałą nr XXIII/164/2016 z 23.08.2016r oraz wpisane do LPR. This project involves the construction and modernisation of public transport infrastructure and aims to reduce low transport emissions in the Świebodzice commune and the Wałbrzych Agglomeration. Shortages diagnosed in the commune are the lack of parking spaces at Dworcowy Square, lack of network of bicycle paths and solutions that would allow safe change of mode of transport and continuation of the journey by means of public transport (PKP/PKS). In addition, existing stops are in poor technical condition and there is a need for the purchase of bus rolling stock. The project applicant is the Municipality of Świebodzice, which has the right administrative and technical capacity to implement the project. The project’s tasks respond to diagnosed shortages, and the scope of the project is as follows: 1.Construction documentation and feasibility study 2.Transfer center "P&R, P&B" at Dworcowy Square in Świebodzice 3.Bicycle paths 4.Illustration 5.Intelligent stops 6.Intelligent bus service purchase of ecological bus 7.Supervisory inspectorate 8.Promotion of the project 9.Promotion of the project 9.Promotion of the design.The investment is highly complex of the system of modernity by means of a series of activities. The result index for the project in the form of greenhouse gas emission reductions is 114 tonnes of CO2/year. Dit project omvat de aanleg en modernisering van de openbare vervoersinfrastructuur en heeft tot doel de lage vervoersemissies in de gemeente Świebodzice en de Wałbrzych-Agglomeratie te verminderen. Dette projekt omfatter opførelse og modernisering af offentlig transportinfrastruktur og har til formål at reducere lave transportemissioner i Świebodzice kommune og Wałbrzych Agglomeration. Taj projekt uključuje izgradnju i modernizaciju infrastrukture javnog prijevoza, a cilj mu je smanjiti niske emisije iz prometa u općini Świebodzice i Agglomeraciji Wałbrzych. Tento projekt zahŕňa výstavbu a modernizáciu infraštruktúry verejnej dopravy a jeho cieľom je znížiť nízke emisie z dopravy v obci Świebodzice a Wałbrzychskej aglomerácii. Kromě toho jsou stávající zastávky ve špatném technickém stavu a poptávka po nákupu autobusových kolejových vozidel. Žadatelem o projekt je obec Świebodzice, která má odpovídající administrativní a technickou kapacitu k realizaci projektu. Detta projekt omfattar uppförande och modernisering av kollektivtrafikinfrastrukturen och syftar till att minska de låga transportutsläppen i Świebodzice kommun och Wałbrzych Agglomeration.
