Projekt obejmuje działania związane z rozbudową infrastruktury technicznej Systemu PZGiK - i aplikacyjnej, w tym o nowe moduły do prowadzenia baz danych PZGIK, a także do świadczenia elektronicznych usług publicznych na rzecz klienta Służby Geodezyjnej i Kartograficznej. Zakres planowanych do uruchomienia 5 e-usług obejmie takie usługi jak obsługa: • zgłoszenia pracy geodezyjnej lub kartograficznej, • wniosków komorników o udostępnienie danych z bazy danych EGiB, • autoryzowanego dostępu do bazy danych PZGiK w zakresie EGiB, • powszechnego dostępu do danych baz danych PZGiK w zakresie określonym przez przepisy ustawy o infrastrukturze informacji przestrzennej (IIP), • udostępniania materiałów oraz danych PZGiK w formule tzw. sklepu internetowego, • wniosków rzeczoznawców majątkowych o udostępnienie danych z bazy danych EGiB w zakresie RCiWN, • wniosku o uzgodnienie usytuowania projektowanej sieci uzbrojenia terenu. Poza powyższym dostarczony zostanie: 1 serwer, 1 router oraz urządzenie typu ups (1), a także oprogramowanie: systemowe (1) i bazodanowe (1). Kluczowe działania z punktu widzenia celu dot. cyfryzacji geodezyjnych rejestrów publicznych obejmą: • Modernizacja EGiB i aktualizacja kartoteki budynków i lokali; • Cyfryzacja zasobu. Beneficjentami ostatecznymi – odbiorcami dostarczonych rozwiązań i e-usług będą pracownicy Wnioskodawcy oraz innych organów i jednostek organizacyjnych administracji publicznej, mieszkańcy powiatu tureckiego i województwa wielkopolskiego oraz grupy zawodowe prowadzące działalność na terenie powiatu tureckiego lub realizujące zadania i zlecenia z zakresu spraw, dla których właściwa do ich prowadzenia jest Służba Geodezyjna i Kartograficzna. Dotyczy to takich grup zawodowych jak: geodeci, komornicy, rzeczoznawcy, projektanci (na zlecenie inwestorów). W ramach projektu osiągniętych zostanie 5 wskaźników kluczowych produktów oraz 2 wskaźniki specyficzne dla projektu. Opis zakresu rzeczowego projektu zawiera studium wykonalności. (Polish)

The project includes activities related to the development of the technical infrastructure of the PZGiK system, and of the application, including new modules for the operation of PZGIK databases, as well as for the provision of electronic public services to the client of the Geodetic and Cartographic Service. The range of services planned for the deployment of 5 e-services will cover services such as: • Reporting of data from the EGiB database,• Authorised access to the PZGK database for the EGiB database,• access to the database of the PZGiK database,• Universal access to the database of the PZGK database, to the extent specified by the provisions of the Infrastructure for Spatial Information Act (IIP),• making material available and the data of the PZGiK in the form of an online shop,• the requests for property valuers to make data from the EGiB database for RCIWN,• the request for reconciliation of the location of the planned network of sites. In addition, the following information will be provided: 1 server, 1 router and upis type equipment (1), as well as software: system (1) and database (1). Key actions from the point of view of the objective of the digitalisation of the geodetic public registers will be: • Modernisation of the EGiB and update of building files and premises; • Digitisation of the resource. The final beneficiaries — the recipients of the solutions and e-services provided will be the applicant’s employees and the other bodies and organisational units of the public administration, the inhabitants of the Turkish and Wielkopolskie districts and the professional groups operating in the territory of Turkey and carrying out tasks and orders from the scope of matters for which the Geodetic and Cartographic Service is responsible. This applies to professional groups such as: surveyors, bailiffs, valuers, designers (on behalf of investors). The project will make 5 key product indicators and 2 project specific indicators.
