Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja i przebudowa rynku w Pasymiu. Lokalizacja projektu: działka nr 111, 112, 143, Obr.4 Gmina Pasym. W ramach projektu zaplanowano wykon. przebudowy nawierzchni centralnej części placu, ciągów jezdnych i pieszych, wykonaniu fontanny z technologią wraz z inst. maszynowni i serwerowni, uwidocznieniu reliktów starego ratusza, miejsca parkingowe, inst. elektryczne i oświetlenie, instalacje sanitarne, instalacje multimedialne, mała architektura (ławki, kosze na śmieci, słupy oświetleniowe podwójne, tablice informacyjne), wyposażenie (wiaty wystawowe, scena ruchoma), zieleń. Projekt zostanie zrealiz. przez beneficjenta - Gminę Pasym (gmina miejsko-wiejska). Za poszcz. etapy wdraż. inwestycji odpow. będą komórki organiz., które posiadają największe doświad. i kompet. w danym zakresie. Etap złożenia wniosku polega na przygot. Wniosku o dofin. projektu, zbieranie potrzeb. infor., przygot. załącz. do wniosku, odpowiedz. meryt. za sprawy związ. z inwesty. Kolejny etap dotyczący zamówień publ. związany jest z przyg. dok. przet., przepr. przetargu oraz bieżącej obserwacji postępu prac i postępu rzecz.-finan. Na etapie rozlicz. projektu sporządzany będzie wniosek o płatność w części meryt. i w części finans. Nadzór nad inwestycją odbywać się będzie poprzez czuwanie nad prawidł. przebiegiem robót budowl. Projekt wpisuje się w założ. określone w SzOOP RPO WiM, gdyż realiz. projektu odbywa się na terenie poddanym rewital., uwzględn. w programie rewitalizacji Pasymia. Ponadto, wpływa na realizację celu szczeg. Działania 8.1 i polepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszk. obszary problem., gdyż grupą docelową projektu są przede wszystkim mieszkańcy zdegrad. obszaru w Mieście Pasym. Projekt będzie komplem. względem przeds., które będzie realizowane z EFS na przedm. terenie, zawartego w LPR. Spełnienie określonych w SzOOP założeń zostało dokładniej przedst. w Studium Wyk. stanowiącym załącznik do Wniosku o dofinans. (Polish)

The project consists of the regeneration and reconstruction of the market in Pasimiu. Location of the project: parcel No 111, 112, 143, Or.4 of the Municipality of Pasym. The project plans to carry out alterations to the pavement of the central part of the square, road and pedestrian areas, the performance of the technology with the other engine room and the server room, the presentation of the features of the old town hall, the parking area, electric capital and lighting, sanitary installations, multimedia installations, small structures (benches, double lighting columns, information boards), equipment (sheds, movable property), green spaces. The project will be carried out by the beneficiary, the municipality of Pasym (municipality of mian-rural). The stages to be implemented will be taken into account. the investment will be made up of the organisational units which have the greatest experience and skills. The application stage is an adventure. A request for a proposal for a project, a collection needed for the project, which will be annexed to the proposal, and will be sent to the branch for the trade union case. The next phase of public procurement is linked to the invitation to tender and to the ongoing observation of progress in the work and to the financial progress. At the part of the project, a payment claim will be made in the part of the bill and in part fins. The investment will be monitored by ensuring that the works are carried out. The project will be carried out on the basis of the project, as set out in the ROP WiM, since the project takes place on land that has been overhauled. In addition, it contributes to the achievement of the objective of the gap. Action 8.1 and improving the quality of life of inhabited communities. The project will be set up in relation to the previous one, which will be implemented by the ESF on the front of the LPR. The fulfilment of the assumptions made in the SzOOP was more accurately stated in the Compendium. attached to the Appendix to the Application. (English)
