Projekt będzie realizowany w Elblągu, woj. warm.-mazur. Projekt polega na zakupie innowacyjnych jednostek wodnych, umożliwiających świadczenie usług w zakresie turystyki wodnej oraz sprzedaży produktów turystycznych i eventowych. Innowacja będzie miała tu zarówno charakter produktowy, jak i organizacyjny. Planowane do zakupu i wdrożenia produkty i usługi, odbiegają od obecnie oferowanych na rynku. Są innowacyjne, zaawansowane technologicznie i stosowane nie dłużej niż 3 lata na rynku krajowym. Specjalistyczne katamarany pasażerskie to nowoczesne jednostki pływające. Ich unikatowa konstrukcja, nowoczesny design, energooszczędne i inteligentne sposoby zarządzania energią, oszczędność zużycia wody poprzez wykorzystanie wody szarej, wysoki poziom bezpieczeństwa wyróżniają je od konkurencji. W połączeniu z atrakcyjną formułą wynajmu i dużym spektrum eventów możliwych do organizacji w oparciu o planowane jednostki, daje szerokie pole i unikatowe na rynku możliwości sprzedaży produktów i usług. Zintegrowane ogrzewanie na jednostkach umożliwia wydłużenie sezonu i stwarza kolejną przewagę nad konkurencją. Dodatkowo, planowane są do wdrożenia innowacje organizacyjne, związane z dostosowanie pracy i wynagrodzenia pracowników do zarządzania sprzętem, sprzedażą, rozliczeniami, a także monitoringu użytkowania. The project will be implemented in Elbląg (Elbląg). Their unique design, modern design, energy efficient and smart ways of managing energy, saving water consumption by using grey water, stand out from competition with a high level of security. In combination with an attractive rental formula and a large spectrum of events that can be organised on the basis of the planned units, there is a wide field and unique opportunities in the market for the sale of products and services. Integrated heating on the units allows for the extension of the season and creates further competitive advantages. In addition, organisational innovation is expected to be implemented, linked to the adjustment of the work and remuneration of employees in the management of equipment, sales, settlement, and monitoring of use.
