Projekt polega na zakupie środków trwałych w celu wprowadzenia innowacji produktowej na rynku w postaci możliwości wynajmu pływającego biura z kompleksowym wyposażeniem. Dodatkowym elementem projektu będzie doradztwo w celu wypracowania modelu biznesowego. Doradztwo w celu wypracowania modelu biznesowego będzie obejmowało opracowanie metody na powiększenie i wykorzystanie zasobów firmy w celu przedstawienia klientom oferty przewyższającej ofertę konkurencji, przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu przedsiębiorstwu dochodowości. Dobry model biznesowy ma na celu uzyskanie, a w późniejszym etapie utrzymanie, przewagi konkurencyjnej. Zbudowanie dobrego modelu biznesowego jest odpowiedzią na następujące pytania: do jakiej grupy docelowej produkt jest kierowany, jakie wartości (korzyści) produkt ma oferować klientom, jakie mają być strategie dostarczania tych wartości, w jaki sposób owa wartość ma być wytworzona, jak należy kształtować cenę produktu. Wyniki doradztwa będą wykorzystane w momencie zaoferowania innowacyjnej usługi na rynku tj. po zakończeniu realizacji projektu. Biuro będzie pływało na różnych zbiornikach wodnych na terenie województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. W ramach realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca zakupi houseboat pełniący funkcję biura z kompleksowym wyposażeniem tj. laptop, drukarka, fax, telefon, biurka, krzesła i inne. Po podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie Wnioskodawca skorzysta z doradztwa w celu wypracowania modelu biznesowego, a następnie wyłoni wykonawców, zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności, którzy dostarczą środki trwałe. Następnie zostaną zamówione wszystkie elementy inwestycji. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 tj. dzięki realizacji inwestycji zostanie zwiększony poziom kreacji przedsiębiorstwa. Wnioskodawca należy do sektora MŚP i funkcjonuje na rynku nie dłużej niż 3 lata. W wyniku realizacji operacji zostanie wdrożona innowacyjna usługa. (Polish)

The project consists of the purchase of fixed assets in order to introduce product innovations on the market in the form of rental opportunities for the floating office with comprehensive equipment. An additional element of the project will be advice to develop a business model. The advice to develop a business model will include the development of a methodology for the expansion and use of the firm’s resources in order to offer customers a higher degree of competition, while ensuring that the company is profitable. A good business model aims at gaining a competitive advantage at a later stage. Building a good business model is a response to the following questions: to which target group the product is targeted, what value (s) of the product is intended to offer to the customers how to deliver these values how the value of the product is to be generated, how to shape the price of the product. The advisory results will be used when an innovative service is offered on the market, i.e. after completion of the project. The Office will be carried out on various water bodies in Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province. As part of the project, the applicant will purchase its house office with complex equipment, i.e. laptop, printer, fax, phone, desk, chairs, chairs and others. After the signature of the grant agreement, the applicant will be advised to find a business model and then to select the contractors, in accordance with the principle of competitiveness, who will provide the fixed assets. All elements of the investment will then be ordered. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the ROP WiM 2014-2020, i.e. the implementation of the investment will increase the level of creation of the company. The applicant is an SME sector and is active on the market for no more than 3 years. An innovative service will be implemented as a result of the implementation of the operation. (English)
