Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usług doradczych w celu wypracowania modelu biznesowego, programu ukierunkowania produktu z badaniami rynku, w tym analizy opłacalności przedsięwzięcia dla nowego innowacyjnego pomysłu jakim jest Zintegrowany System Weterynaryjnej Diagnostyki Obrazowej przez firmę New Concept Marcin Danowski. W ramach projektu przewidziano realizację I etapu składającego się z siedmiu zadań: Etap I: Zakup usług doradczych (od 10.11.2017 r do 31.12.2017 r.). W ramach tego etapu Wnioskodawca przewidział do zrealizowania poniżej wymienione zadania: 1. Wykonanie analizy produktu, 2. Wykonanie analizy rynku, 3. Wykonanie analizy regulacji prawnych, 4. Wykonanie strategii marketingowej, 5. Wykonanie modelu biznesowego, 6. Wykonanie analizy możliwości internacjonalizacji działalności, 7. Wykonanie koncepcji wizerunku firmy na rynki zagraniczne. Wykonanie i wdrożenie poszczególnych zadań zostanie zlecone do wykonania przez wyspecjalizowaną firmie zewnętrzną. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM dla Poddziałania 1.3.2 Firmy w początkowej fazie rozwoju, w szczególności w zakresie celu tematycznego 3. Wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP (wnioskodawca należy do wymienionych grup projektów); Celu szczegółowego poddziałania: Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP - w wyniku realizacji projektu zwiększony będzie poziom kreacji przedsiębiorstw oraz inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw. The object of the project is the purchase of advisory services for the development of a business model, a product oriented programme with market research, including an analysis of the profitability of the project for the new innovative idea of Integrated Veterinary Diagnostic system by New Concept Marcin Danowski. The project foresees the implementation of Phase I of seven tasks: Phase I: The purchase of advisory services (from 10.11.2017 to 31.12.2017). As part of this phase, the applicant has foreseen the following tasks: 1. Product analysis, 2. Execution of market analysis, 3. Regulatory analysis, 4. Implementation of the marketing strategy, 5. Business model implementation, 6. Performance analysis of the possibility of internationalisation of activities, 7. To implement the concept of the image of a company on foreign markets. The implementation and implementation of the various tasks will be outsourced to a specialised external company. The project is part of the planning of the ROP WiM for the start-up phase 1.3.2 of the firm, in particular for the thematic objective 3. Strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs (the applicant belongs to these project groups); Specific objective of the Sub-Action: Better conditions for SME development — the project will increase the level of business creation and private investment in support of public support for enterprises.
