Projekt dotyczy rozpoczęcia produkcji wolnostojącego pieca kominkowego opalanego peletem ze sterowaniem i pełna automatyka. Wyróżniać go będzie przede wszystkim innowacyjny system rekuperacji spalin, który sprawia, że jego wydajność będzie dużo lepsza od pieców obecnie spotykanych na rynku. Będzie to innowacyjny produkt o zasięgu europejskim, ponieważ tego typu piece z rozwiązaniami zastosowanymi w naszym piecu (rekuperacja spalin) nie są produkowane w Europie. Od 2 lat obserwujemy bardzo szybko rozwijamy się rynek, który wymaga coraz to bardziej zaawansowanych technologii przy sterowaniu tego typu kominkiem (tak jak w kominkach gazowych). W kominkach opalanych drewnem nie da się zastosować pełnej automatyki i sterowania. Tego typu rozwiązania można zastosować tylko w piecach, którym można na bieżąco automatycznie dostarczać paliwo. Pracują nad nowymi rozwiązaniami i modelami firma opracowała i przetestowała piec kominkowy opalany peletem z pełna automatyką i sterowaniem. Model tego pieca jest w całości rozwiązaniem technicznym firmy, posiada innowacyjny na skalę europejską system rekuperacji spalin. Będzie to flagowy nowy typ pieca produkowany przez firmę, dla które praktycznie brak jest konkurencji na rynku europejskim ze względu na system rekuperacji. Aby to osiągnąć firma zaplanowała zakup wycinarki laserowej i pionowego centrum obróbczego. Ogólny koszt inwestycji wyniesie 1.075.195,41 zł, w tym koszty kwalifikowane 874.142,61 zł. W wyniku projektu zostanie wsparte jedno małe przedsiębiorstwo, które uzyska dotację, wprowadzony na rynek będzie innowacyjny produkt o zasięgu europejskim oraz powstanie w firmie 4 nowe miejsca pracy dla mężczyzn. Projekt jest zgodny z celami Oś 2 Konkurencyjna gospodarka oraz Działanie 2.5 Wsparcie inwestycyjne sektora MŚP w zakresie zwiększonego zastosowania innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP, ponieważ dzięki niemu zostanie wprowadzony na rynek i w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjny produkt (Polish)

The project is related to the initiation of the production of a free-standing stack of kiln fired flues with steering control and full automation. It will be particularly notable for an exhaust after-treatment system that makes its efficiency much better than those currently found in the market. This will be an innovative product with a European dimension, as this type of furnace with the solutions used in our kiln (exhaust after-treatment) is not produced in Europe. We have seen a very fast growing market for the last 2 years, which requires increasingly advanced technologies in the steering of this type of fireplace (as in the gas stacks). In the wood-fired fireplace it is not possible to apply full automation and control. This type of solution can only be used in furnaces, which can be supplied with fuel automatically on an ongoing basis. They are working on new solutions and models and have developed and tested a fireplace furnace with full automation and steering equipment. The model of this kiln is fully the firm’s technical solution and has an innovative European exhaust after-treatment system. This will be a flagship type of furnace produced by the company, for which there is virtually no competition on the European market due to the recuperative system. In order to achieve this, the firm has planned to purchase a laser-based and vertical treatment unit. The total cost of the investment will be PLN 1.075.195,41, including eligible costs of PLN 874.142,61. The project will be supported by one small company which will be awarded a grant, which will be placed on the market as an innovative product with a European dimension and will create 4 new jobs for men. The project is in line with the objectives of Axis 2 of the Competitive Economy and Action 2.5 SME investment support for an increased uptake of innovation in SMEs, as it will put the product on the market and the enterprise innovative product.
