Przedmiotem projektu jest zwiększenie kompetencji uczniów szkół zawodowych poprzez inwestycje w infrastrukturę, tak, aby stworzyć warunki zbliżone do rzeczywistego środowiska pracy zawodowej pod kątem wyposażenia oraz doposażenia warsztatów i pracowni zawodowych. Wsparcie obejmie szkoły ponadgimnazjalne - zasadnicze szkoły zawodowe oraz technika kształcące w zawodach ważnych dla lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy. W ramach projektu planowana jest modernizacja i wyposażenie 36 pracowni w 8 szkołach prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe na terenie powiatu cieszyńskiego oraz CKP. Prace remontowe obejmą m.in. modernizację/wymianę instalacji elektrycznej, wodno-kanalizacyjnej, CO, roboty malarskie i posadzkowe, wymianę/renowację stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej. Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia umiejętności zawodowych osób wchodzących na rynek pracy z jego potrzebami poprzez udoskonalenie warunków kształcenia w szkołach (poprawa jakości i dostępności bazy techniczno-dydaktycznej szkół). The aim of the project is to increase the skills of vocational schools through investment in infrastructure, so as to create conditions similar to the real working environment for equipment and for the retrofitting of workshops and vocational workshops. Support will be given to upper secondary education, vocational and vocational training courses in professions that are important for the local and regional labour market. The project plans to modernise and equip 36 staff of 8 vocational training schools in Cieszyn and CKP. Renovation works will include, inter alia, modernisation/replacement of electrical, plumbing, CO, painting works, replacement/renovation of doors and window frames. The project will contribute to improving the vocational skills of those entering the labour market and their needs by improving the conditions of education in schools (improving the quality and availability of the educational and teaching base of schools).
