W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej 10 budynków uzyskana poprzez przeprowadzenie termomodernizacji polegającej na ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachu, stropu piwnicznego od strony nieogrzewanej, wymianie stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wraz z przeprowadzeniem izolacji przeciwwilgociowej budynków oraz wykonaniem instalacji centralnego ogrzewania w celu podłączenia budynku do sieci ciepłowniczej.
