Przedmiotem projektu jest zbudowanie subregionalnego zbioru dokumentów cyfrowych stanowiącego rdzeń geoprzestrzennych baz danych jednostek organizacyjnych administracji publicznej szczebla regionalnego, powiatowego i gminnego, umożliwiających świadczenie zaawansowanych e-usług zgodnie z wymaganiami i standardami technicznymi oraz prawnymi na poziomie krajowym i europejskim. Partnerami przedsięwzięcia są jst szczebla regionalnego i lokalnego odpowiedzialne za realizację zadań publicznych z dziedziny geodezji i kartografii – Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, Żywiecki, M. Bielsko-Biała, M. Cieszyn, G. Cz-DZ. oraz W. Śląskie. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przez dwie grupy działań - modernizacja i rozbudowa systemów teleinformatycznych - budowa infrastruktury e-usług geoinformacyjnych oraz modernizacja, rozbudowa i dostosowanie do nowych regulacji prawnych istotnych części zbiorów danych Państwowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego w jego części powiatowej i wojewódzkiej. The project aims at building a sub-regional set of digital documents which is the core of the geospatial databases of public administrations at regional, district and municipal level, enabling the delivery of advanced e-services in accordance with technical and legal standards and standards at national and European level. The project partners are the local and regional authorities responsible for carrying out public tasks in the field of geodesy and cartography — District of biologist, Cieszyn, Jewish, M. Bielsko-Biala, M. Cieszyn, G. Czy-DZ.and W. Śląskie. The purpose of the project will be achieved by two groups of activities — modernisation and development of the electronic systems — construction of electronic information services infrastructure and modernisation, extension and adaptation to new legislation of important parts of the data sets of the State geodetic and cartographic resource in its district and provincial parts.
