Celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywn społ. i gosp. mieszkańców zdegradowanych obszarów na terenie GMR poprzez przeprowadzenie kompleksowych,zintegrowanych,celowych działań w sferze społecznej,przestrzennej i gospodarczej, w oparciu o zdiagnozowane problemy.Działania infrastrukturalne mają cel subsydiarny wobec działań społecznych planowanych w ramach przedsięwzięcia zintegrowanego planowanego w ramach Oś 6-Klubu Integracji Społecznej i Centrum Usług Społecznych.Zakres: Z.1.Renowację oraz remont części wspólnych budynków mieszkalnych na terenie Zagórza Z.2.Zakup i wyposażenie lokalu na potrzeby działania KIS Z.3.Kompleksowe zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznych i rozbud. infrastruktury komunalnej na Zagórzu Z.4.Budowę publicznej infrastruktury na Wzgórzu Markowca Z.5.System wsparcia inicjatyw oddolnych w ramach instrumentu elastyczności. Obszar rewitalizacji obejmuje teren o pow. 78,47ha. Zamieszkuje 2730 osób.L.budynków objętych projektem-11.Tereny zielone powstaną na pow.46567m2 (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the social, spatial and economic activity of inhabitants of degraded areas within the GMR by carrying out comprehensive, integrated, targeted action in the social, spatial and economic spheres, on the basis of identified problem infrastructure. Z.1.Renovation and renovation of the parts of the common residential buildings in Zagórze Z.2.Purchase and fitting-out of premises for the operation of KIS Z.3.Complex use of public spaces and construction infrastructure for Z.4.Construction of public spaces and construction infrastructure at Z..Construction of public infrastructure at the Martanker Z.5.System for support for bottom-up initiatives under the Flexibility Instrument.
