Powietrze atmosferyczne należy do najważniejszych chronionych komponentów środowiska przyrodniczego. Na terenie gminy Kleszczele głównym źródłem zanieczyszczeń do powietrza jest emisja wynikająca z działalności człowieka oraz emisja niska z gospodarki komunalnej (kotłownie, indywidualne paleniska domowe). Poprawa jakości powietrza uzyskana będzie dzięki unikniętej emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery w wyniku zamiany źródła energii pokrywającego potrzeby wskazanych budynków mieszkalnych w gminie Kleszczele. Przedmiotowy projekt zakłada roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych w wyniku realizacji projektu w wysokości ponad 77MgCO2. Projekt dotyczy montażu 20 instalacji solarnych, 29 instalacji fotowoltaicznych na nieruchomościach mieszkańców gminy Kleszczele (typ 1 projektu wg. regulaminu konkursu). Celem strategicznym jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej gminy Kleszczele w sektorze mieszkaniowym poprzez zastosowanie energetyki rozproszonej i rozwój infrastruktury OZE na terenie gminy Kleszczele w postaci instalacji kolektorów słonecznych i paneli fotowoltaicznych na nieruchomościach mieszkańców. Osiągnięcie tego celu pośrednio przyczyni się do przeciwdziałania ubóstwu energetycznemu oraz zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa energetycznego regionu. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest zwiększenie udziału rozproszonej produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii ogółem oraz oszczędności w zużyciu energii cieplnej i elektrycznej. Ważnym celem będzie również podniesienie świadomości mieszkańców gminy Kleszczele w zakresie oszczędności gospodarowania energią oraz wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii. Atmospheric air is among the most important protected components of the natural environment. In the municipality of Kleszczele, the main source of air pollutants is emissions from human activities and low emissions from the municipal economy (boiler houses, individual households). The improvement in air quality will be achieved through avoided atmospheric emissions from the replacement of the energy source covering the needs of the residential buildings in the municipality of Kleszczele. The project involves an annual reduction of greenhouse gas emissions as a result of project implementation in the amount of more than 77 MgCO2. The project concerns the installation of 20 solar installations, 29 photovoltaic installations in the property of the municipality of Kleszczele (type 1). The strategic objective is to improve the energy efficiency of the municipality of Kleszczele in the residential sector through the use of distributed energy and the development of renewable energy infrastructure in the municipality of Kleszczele, in the form of solar collectors and photovoltaic panels on residential properties. Achieving this objective will indirectly help to combat energy poverty and increase the energy security of the region. The direct objective of the project is to increase the share of distributed production of energy from renewable sources in the production of total energy and to savings in the consumption of heat and electricity. An important aim will also be to raise the awareness of the residents of the municipality of Kleve in terms of energy saving and the use of renewable energy sources. The investment will be carried out in rem and financially in the period to the fourth quarter of 2018. (English)
