Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energet.budynku Urzędu Gminy w Rzeczniowie(UG),wraz z zastosowaniem OZE w zakresie: ocieplenie budynku, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudowa systemu c.w.u.; przebudowa systemu c.o. i instalacja systemu fotowoltaicznego w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r. Celem głównym projektu jest zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej w Gminie Rzeczniów (GR),poprzez: ocieplenie budynku, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudowa systemu grzewczego c.w.u. (montaż min. 4 zaworów termostat. na cyrkulacji i montaż licznika c.w.u.); przebudowa systemu c.o. i c.w.u. (montaż pompy ciepła - OZE i ciepłomierza)i instalacja fotowoltaiki w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r. Cele szczegół.: - zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym w GR poprzez zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii elektrycznej łącznie o 18,51MWh/rok oraz energii cieplnej łącznie o 991,40 GJ/rok -poprawa jakości powietrza w GR poprzez zmniejszenie emisji CO2 o 130,01 ton/rok -zwiększenie udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii jako źródła ciepła w GR poprzez montaż 2 instalacji typu OZE (1system fotowolt. i 1 pompa ciepła)w budynku UG w Rzeczniowie, -zmniejszenie obciążenia budżetu GR o 71 525,21 zł,poprzez zmniejszenie rocznych kosztów energii UG w Rzeczniowie o 71 525,21 zł, -zwiększenie atrakcyjności GR jako miejsca dogodnego dla inwestorów oraz zwiększenie potencjału turystycznego GR, poprzez poprawę jakości powietrza –zmniejszenie rocznej emisji CO2 o 130,01 t -zwiększenie atrakcyjności GR jako miejsca dogodnego dla inwestorów i zwiększenie potencj.turystycznego GR,poprzez poprawę jakości powietrza –zmniejszenie rocznej emisji CO2 o 130,01 t w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r. The subject of the project is the deep modernisation of the energy efficiency of the Office of the Municipality in the School of Ombudsman (UG), including the use of RES in terms of: insulation of the building, replacement of external doors, reconstruction of the service hot water system; renovation of the secondary system and installation of the photovoltaic system by 29 December 2017. The main aim of the project is to reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and increase energy efficiency in the municipality of Ombudsmen (GR), by: insulation of the building, replacement of an external door, refurbishment of a heating system for hot service water (installation of at least 4 thermostats for the circulation and installation of a hot-water meter); reconstruction of the heating system (installation of a heat pump — RES and heat meter) and installation of photovoltaics by 29 December 2017. Specific objectives: — increasing energy efficiency in the public sector in GR by reducing annual electricity consumption by a total of 18.51 MWh/year and heat generation combined by 991,40 GJ/year -improvement of air quality in GR by reducing CO2 emissions by 130,01 tonnes/year -increasing the share of renewable energy sources as a heat source in the GR through the installation of 2 RES installations (1Photomolt. and 1 heat pump) in the UG Building in the School of Ombudsmen, to increase the attractiveness of GR as a place for investors and increase the tourism potential of the GR, by improving air quality — reducing the annual CO2 emissions by 130.01 t — to increase the attractiveness of GR as a place for investors and increase the R & D potential of GR, by improving air quality — reducing annual CO2 emissions by 130.01 t by 29 December 2017.
