Celem głównym projektu jest wspieranie rozwoju turystyki przyrodniczej na terenie Gminy Łuków poprzez budowę i udostępnienie kompleksu turystyczno - edukacyjnego oraz wzmocnienie efektywności ochrony i promocji walorów środowiska naturalnego. Zbudowany zostanie jeden kompleks rekreacyjno-edukacyjnego o nazwie LEŚNYZESPÓŁ REKREACYJNO-EDUKACYJNY "AMONIT". W jego ramach funkcjonowały będą dwa obiekty turystyczne i rekreacyjne wykorzystywane do turystyki przyrodniczej, w tym: sala wystawiennicza o charakterze przyrodniczo geologicznym oraz kompleks AMONIT, w którego skład wejdą szlaki turystyczne i edukacyjne, plac zabaw itp. Długość wybudowanych szlaków turystycznych wyniesie 180 m, w tym: ścieżka edukacyjna: 85 m, pomostowa ścieżka zdrowia (wraz z urządzeniami): ok.95 m. Zrealizowane zostaną również elementy infrastruktury technicznej obejmujące: zatokę autobusową z dojściami do obiektu (w tym drewniany mostek), zjazd z drogi publicznej, dojazd do świetlicy z salą ekspozycyjną, parking (w tym dwa miejsca dla osób niepełnosprawnych), stojak na rowery, przenośne toalety, oświetlenie oraz ogrodzenie terenu. Cały obszar objęty będzie całodobowym systemem monitoringu wizualnego. Oświetlany będzie 10 lampami z panelami fotowoltaicznymi z bateriami. Sala wystaw w budynku świetlicy objęta będzie systemem p.poż. Utworzona zostanie strona internetowa, która wykorzystywana będzie do marketingu terytorialnego dotyczącego całego obszaru Gminy Łuków, jak i utworzonego kompleksu turystycznego. Wydana zostanie również publikacja, która będzie opisywała szczegółowo elementy ekspozycji i zjawiska geologiczne (dystrybuowana bezpłatnie wśród zwiedzających). W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin o 10000 osób w ciągu roku. Grupą docelową są mieszkańcy gminy oraz turyści zewnętrzni, zainteresowani tematyką przyrodniczą. The aim of the project is to support the development of nature-based tourism in the territory of the Municipality of Luk by building and making available a tourist and educational complex and by strengthening the effectiveness of the protection and promotion of the value of the environment. A single leisure and education complex, called “AMONIT”, will be built. It will operate two tourist and recreational sites for nature tourism, including: an exhibition hall of a natural geological character and an AMONIT complex comprising tourist and educational routes, playgrounds, etc. The length of tourism routes built will be 180 m, including: learning pathway: 85 m, bridging health path (with equipment): 95 m. components of technical infrastructure including: bus Gulf with access to the facility (including a wooden bridge), depart from the public road, reach a day-care centre with a display room, parking space (including two places for disabled persons), bicycle racks, mobile toilets, lighting and land fencing. The whole area will be covered by a 24/7 visual monitoring system. 10 lamps with solar panels with batteries will be illuminated. The exhibition hall in the day-care centre will be covered by the site. A website will be set up which will be used for territorial marketing for the whole area of the Municipality of Lugansk and for the complex tourist complex. A publication will also be published which will describe in detail the elements of the exposure and the geological phenomenon (distributed free of charge to the visitors). As a result of the project, there will be an increase in the expected number of visits by 10000 people per year. The target group is the inhabitants of the municipality as well as external tourists with an interest in natural matters. (English)
