Celem głównym planowanej do realizacji inwestycji jest ochrona i poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego, poprawa jakości i warunków życia mieszkańców oraz zwiększenie atrakcyjności Gminy Opole Lubelskie, poprzez zastosowanie infrastruktury OZE. Realizacja założonego celu pozwoli na znaczne podniesienie jakości wypełniania zadań własnych Gminy wobec społeczności w zakresie ochrony środowiska i przyrody, co bezpośrednio wpłynie na podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców oraz rozwój obszaru Gminy. Zidentyfikowane cele stanowią łącznie logiczną całość, która umożliwi spełnienie wszystkich zaobserwowanych potrzeb interesariuszy oraz rozwiązanie opisanych we wcześniejszych rozdziałach problemów. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu:1. Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) 436,98 tony ekwiwalentu CO2 / rok, 2. Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 1009,18 MWht/rok, 3. Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 1009,18 MWht/rok. Z efektów realizacji projektu będą korzystać różnorodne grupy docelowe, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem mieszkańców Gminy Opole Lubelskie. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące zadania: Dokumentacja techniczna-specyfikacja dostaw i montażu instalacji solarnych, Dokumentacja techniczna -specyfikacja dostaw i montażu pieców na biomasę, Studium wykonalności, Inspektor nadzoru, Instalacje solarne na domach prywatnych (359 szt.) Vat 8%, Instalacje solarne w domach prywatnych-montaż na gruncie (42 szt.) vat. 23%, Piece na biomasę (13 szt.) Vat 8%, Promocja, Koszty osobowe. Realizacja wszystkich zaplanowanych zadań pozwoli na osiągnięcie założonych wskaźników oraz celów projektu. Zaplanowana do realizacji inwestycja jest zgodna z Programem Ochrony Powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej. Łączna liczba instalacji solarnych to 401 szt, pieców na biomasę - 13 szt. Projekt obejmuje 49 miejscowości na terenie gminy. (Polish)

The main objective of the investment is to protect and improve the natural environment, to improve the quality and living conditions of the inhabitants and to increase the attractiveness of the municipality of Opole by using RES infrastructure. The achievement of the objective pursued will make it possible to significantly improve the quality of the community’s task towards the Community in terms of environmental and nature conservation, which will have a direct impact on the quality of life of the local population and the development of the local area. The objectives identified are together a logical whole that will enable all observed needs of stakeholders to be met and the problems identified in the previous chapters to be addressed. Key deliverables of the project: 1. The estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) of 436,98 tonnes CO2/rok, 2. Thermal energy production from newly built RES 1009,18 MWHT/year, 3. Thermal energy production from newly built/new generation capacity of installations using RES 1009,18 MWHT/year. Various target groups will benefit from the project’s implementation, with a particular focus on the local population of Opole Lubelskie. The following tasks are planned in the framework of the project: Technical documentation for the supply and installation of solar installations, technical documentation -specifications for the supply and installation of biomass furnaces, feasibility study, surveillance inspector, solar systems in private homes (359), Vat 8 %, solar systems in private homes — installation on the land (42 items) vat. 23 %, Piece (13) Vat 8 %, Promotion, personnel costs. The achievement of all the planned tasks will make it possible to achieve the indicators set and the objectives of the project. The investment planned for the implementation of the investment is in line with the air protection programme for the Lubelskie region. The total number of solar installations is 401 pieces, biomass stoves — 13. The project involves 49 localities in the municipality. (English)
