Celem projektu jest pomoc człowiekowi przewlekle choremu w odzyskaniu możliwie największego zakresu sprawności i niezależności oraz poprawa jakości jego życia a także zaangażowanych członków rodziny (bliskich)w Zakładzie Opiekuńczo – Leczniczym funkcjonującym w strukturach Szpitala Lipno. Cel ten planuje się osiągnąć poprzez przebudowę i remont pomieszczeń wraz z ich dostosowaniem do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz zakup wyposażenia, aparatury i sprzętu medycznego. Obecnie ZOL zlokalizowany jest na I i III piętrze budynku "A" Szpitala Lipno. Realizacja projektu umożliwi przeniesienie części ZOL-u z I piętra na III. Po realizacji projektu Oddział znajdzie się na jednym poziomie tj. tylko na III piętrze. Chcąc podwyższyć jakość świadczonych usług pielęgnacyjno - opiekuńczych zaplanowano między innymi: montaż instalacji przyzywowych i monitorujących pobyt pacjentów na oddziale oraz zainstalowanie paneli łóżkowych zasilająco- oświetleniowych w salach chorych. Ponadto w ramach inwestycji przewiduje się zakup aparatury i sprzętu medycznego takich jak np.: fotele do ćwiczeń i masażu, aparat do fizykoterapii, lampa biotron. Ważne jest również to, że zrealizowana w ramach projektu przebudowa i remont ZOL-u oraz zakupiony sprzęt i aparatura medyczna wykorzystane będą w ramach wdrażanego przez Wnioskodawcę systemu koordynowanej opieki zdrowotnej.Wartość projektu wynosi: 3 691 459,81 PLN (brutto) w tym kwota dotacji: 2 609 910,21 PLN. Okres realizacji od lipca 2017r. do 31 października 2019r. Dzięki planowanej przebudowie i remoncie ZOL -u a także zakupowi aparatury i sprzętu medycznego na powierzchni użytkowej 1168,20m2 zlokalizowane zostanie 25 sal chorych, które dysponować będą 72 łóżkami. The aim of the project is to help people with chronic diseases to recover the best possible range of efficiency and independence and to improve the quality of their life, as well as the family members involved (relatives) at the Leipzig Hospital. This objective is intended to be achieved by reconstructing and renovating their premises, adapting them to the needs of persons with disabilities and purchasing equipment, apparatus and medical equipment. ZOL is now located on the 1st and 3 rd floor of the Building “A” Hospital of Lipno. The implementation of the project will allow part of the LA to be transferred from the first floor to III. Once the project has been carried out, the branch will be at a single level, i.e. only on the 3 rd floor. In order to increase the quality of the care and/or care services they provide, they are designed, inter alia, to: installation of feeder installations and monitoring visits of patients at the ward and installation of point-of-care panels in the patient (s). In addition, the investment envisages the purchase of equipment and medical equipment such as: drills and massage chairs, therapeutic apparatus, biotope lamp. It is also important that the project carried out as part of the project to upgrade and renovate the ZLA and the equipment and equipment purchased will be used in the framework of the coordinated health care system implemented by the Applicant: PLN 3 691 459,81 (gross) of this amount: PLN 2 609 910,21. Implementation period from July 2017 to 31 October 2019. Thanks to the planned refurbishment and repair of ZOL and the purchase of equipment and medical equipment in the usable area, 1 168.20 m² will be located 25 m² with 72 patient beds. (English)
