Przedmiotem projektu jest otwarcie pierwszego w Polsce, mobilnego gabinetu morfometrii.Morfometria jest nowoczesną, innowacyjną i bezbolesną dla pacjenta metodą diagnostyki złamań kręgów, opartą na badaniu komputerowym.Można ją wykonać przy jednoczesnym oznaczeniu gęstości mineralnej kości Badanie koncentruje się na odcinku piersiowo-lędźwiowym kręgosłupa, gdzie najczęściej występują złamania kręgów. Morfometria pozwala dokładnie określić miejsce złamania, stopień jego zaawansowania oraz rodzaj.W przeciwieństwie do tomografii komputerowej czy konwencjonalnych zdjęć rentgenowskich cechuje się małą dawką promieniowania X, a w odróżnieniu od rezonansu magnetycznego dokładnie mierzy kręgi, w obrębie których podejrzewane jest złamanie. Wskazaniem do wykonania badania są przewlekłe dolegliwości bólów części piersiowo-lędźwiowej kręgosłupa. Celem projektu jest upowszechnienie morfometrii jako metody diagnostycznej, za pomocą mobilnego gabinetu, a tym samym umożliwić diagnostykę każdej osobie z bólem kręgosłupa w miejscu zamieszkania.Inwestycja będzie polegać na zakupie nowoczesnego sprzętu, który umożliwi budowę mobilnego gabinetu diagnostyki przy pomocy metody morfometrycznej.Innowacyjność projektu dotyczy nie tylko zastosowania tej niezwykle młodej metody diagnostycznej, ale również sposobu jej udostępnienia w formie mobilnego gabinetu, umieszczonego w pojeździe z zabudową, wyposażonym jak najnowocześniejszy gabinet. Firma OsteoDENS od wielu lat wykonująca badania diagnostyczne układu kostnego (m.in. w zakresie osteoporozy, osteopenii, ogniska kalcyfikacji) przy pomocy mobilnego aparatu densytometrycznego, posiada sieć kontaktów w całym kraju, które pozwolą na wybranie miejsc docelowych, gdzie zapotrzebowanie na badania morfometryczne jest największe.Aby cele te były w pełni zrealizowane, a badania przeprowadzone na najwyższym poziomie, Wnioskodawca przewidział zatrudnienie pracownika na stanowisku technika obsługi sprzętu medycznego, w wymiarze pełnego etatu. The project is the opening of the first in Poland, the mobile cabinet of the morphometria.Morfometry is a modern, innovative and painless patient breaking method based on a scan of vertebrae, based on a computer research. it may be carried out with the bone mineral density at the same time. the bone mineral density of the bone is concentrated in the spine, where the vertebrae are most affected. Morphometrics makes it possible to determine the place of breakage, the degree of maturity of the fracture and the generic. unlike the CT or conventional x-ray, the x-rays are characterised by a low level of radiation of X and, unlike the magnetic resonance image, exactly measures the circles in which the breach is suspected. An indication for the performance of the test is the chronic medical condition of the thoracic spine column. The aim of the project is to promote morphometry as a diagnostic method, with the help of a mobile cabinet, and thus to enable the diagnosis of every individual with spinal pain at the dwelling. the investment will consist of the purchase of modern equipment which will enable the construction of a mobile diagnostic private office with the help of the morphometric method. the project’s innovation concerns not only the use of this very young diagnostic method but also the way in which it is made available in the form of a mobile private office, placed in the vehicle with construction, fitted with a state of the art. OsteroDENS has, for many years, carried out diagnostic tests of bone layout (e.g., osteoporosis, osteooperia, calcining outbreaks) with the help of a mobile densitometric device, has a network of contacts throughout the country which will allow to select destinations where demand for morphometric tests is highest. in order to achieve these objectives in full, the Applicant has foreseen the recruitment of a worker as a technician of medical equipment, full-time.
