Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa nowej drogi wojewódzkiej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą i skomunikowanie miasta wojewódzkiego Olsztyna i jego obszaru funkcjonalnego z południową obwodnicą miasta (DK 16 to element sieci kompleksowej TEN-T). W efekcie powstanie ciąg o dł. ok. 2,66km, który poprawi dostępność komunikacyjną regionu Polski Wschodniej, obsługiwać będzie południowo-wschodnią część miasta oraz przenosić ruch z DK 16 i DK 53. Wraz z pozostałym układem dróg dojazdowych i obwodnicą służy wyeliminowaniu ruchu tranzytowego z układu wewnętrznego dróg. Przebiega przez teren dotychczas niewykorzystywany, udostępni znaczne obszary wolnych gruntów pod inwestycje. Spowoduje ożywienie gospodarcze tej części miasta i wzrost przedsiębiorczości w makroregionie, zapewni bardzo dobre połączenie z innymi ośrodkami o dużym znaczeniu gospodarczym, kulturotwórczym i turystycznym. Zakres projektu: - budowa ulicy 5.KDZ klasy GP, przekrój uliczny 2x2, szer. pasa ruchu – 3,50m, dł. ok. 1,98km - budowa odcinka ulicy 2.KDG klasy GP, przekrój uliczny 2x2, szer. pasa ruchu – 3,50m, dł. ok. 0,68km - budowa skrzyżowań z drogami gminnymi i krajową, - budowa bezkolizyjnego przejścia dla pieszych i przejazdu dla rowerzystów pod ulicą 5.KDZ - budowa obustronnych chodników i ścieżek rowerowych, - budowa dróg dojazdowych do obsługi urządzeń kan. deszczowej, - budowa zjazdów, zatok autobusowych i pętli autobusowej, - budowa urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego i ochrony środowiska, - budowa kanalizacji deszczowej, - budowa oświetlenia ulic i skrzyżowań, - budowa sieci telekomunikacyjnej, - prace rozbiórkowe budynków i obiektów kolidujących z zadaniem, - przebudowa kolizji urządzeń podziemnych i naziemnych, - zagospodarowanie zieleni w granicach projektowanego pasa drogowego. Głównymi użytkownikami ciągu będą mieszkańcy Olsztyna i jego obszaru funkcjonalnego, przedsiębiorcy oraz turyści. (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of a new provincial road with an accompanying infrastructure and connecting the city of Olsztyn and its functional area with the southern bypass of the city (DK 16 being part of the comprehensive TEN-T network).As a result, it will be created in some Member States.2.66 km, which will improve the accessibility of the Eastern Poland region, will serve the South-Eastern part of the city and move traffic from DK 16 and DK 53.With the other system of access roads and the bypass, it serves to eliminate transit traffic from the internal road system.There are areas of land that have not been used up so far, and make available significant areas of free land for investment.It will lead to the economic recovery of this part of the city and boost entrepreneurship in the macro-region, provide a very good connection with other centres of major economic, cultural and touristic importance.Scope of the project:Construction of street 5.KMD class GP, section of the 2x2 street, the lane of the lane — 3.50 m, length ca.1.98 km — construction of street 2.KDG class street, section of the road section 2x2, the lane of the lane — 3.50 m, length approx.0.68 km — construction of intersections with municipal and national roads, — construction of pedestrian crossings and crossings for cyclists under the 5.KDZ — construction of travelators and cycle paths, — construction of access roads to the storm-rain system, — construction of bypasses, bus bays and bus loops, construction of road safety and environmental protection equipment — construction of storm water drainage — construction of street lighting and junctions, construction of telecommunications networks, demolition works of underground and ground installations — redevelopment of the collision of underground and ground equipment, — redevelopment of the terrain within the boundaries of the proposed road lane.The main users will be the residents of Olsztyn and its functional area, entrepreneurs and tourists.
