Wnioskodawca posiada wyniki przeprowadzonych samodzielnie prac badawczo-rozwojowych rozumianych zgodnie z art. 2 ustawy z dnia 30 kwietnia 2010 r. o zasadach finansowania nauki. Przeprowadzone badania naukowe i prace rozwojowe związane z budową prototypu nowego produktu doprowadziły do opracowania dokumentacji konstrukcyjno-projektowej nowego rodzaju wózka, który posiada cechy innowacyjne w skali europejskiej. Nowy produktem będzie wózek o udźwigu 600 kg: - akumulatorowy, - podnośnikowy (pozwala dostosować wysokość platformy z ładunkiem do określonych wymagań), - prowadzony (w dalszym ciągu jest wózkiem ręcznym prowadzonym i sterowanym przez pracownika). Żaden z wózków ręcznych dostępnych na rynku europejskim nie jest samojezdny i nie posiada możliwości podnoszenia przewożonego ładunku na określoną wysokość. Są to główne cechy innowacyjne produktu stworzonego przez Wnioskodawcę, które dają szereg korzyści dla grupy docelowej. Odbiorcami nowego wózka będą zakłady produkcyjne i naprawcze posiadające narzędziownie, które są odpowiedzialne za przygotowanie procesu produkcji, w tym zmianę bardzo ciężkich narzędzi w maszynach produkcyjnych typu obrabiarki, czy wtryskarki. Zakładany przez spółkę sposób wdrożenia wyników prac B+R to uruchomienie produkcji nowych wózków we własnym zakładzie produkcyjnym i włączenie ich do oferty sprzedażowej firmy. Warunkiem koniecznym do uruchomienia produkcji jest zakup dwóch głównych maszyn do przygotowywania podzespołów wózka tj. robota spawalniczego oraz giętarki CNC. Dodatkowo, aby proces produkcji nowego wózka przebiegał sprawnie, niezbędne jest dodatkowe międzyoperacyjne pole odkładcze dla elementów zespawanych. Miejscem tym będzie nowo wybudowana wiata. The applicant has the results of the research and development carried out independently, as defined in Article 2 of the Act of 30 April 2010 on the principles of funding of science.The scientific research and development work carried out in connection with the construction of a new product has led to the development of documentation for the construction and design of a new type of trolley with innovative features on a European scale.The new product will be a trolley with a lifting capacity of 600 kg:— battery, — lift equipment (it is possible to adjust the height of the platform with the load to the specified requirements), — operated (still a hand operated and controlled by the employee).None of the hand trolleys available on the European market is mobile and has no room for lifting the load carried.These are the main features of the innovative product created by the Applicant, which provide a number of benefits to the target group.The customers of the new trolley shall be the production and repair sites that are responsible for preparing the production process, including the modification of very heavy tools in machine tools type or injection machines.The company’s intention to implement R & D results is to trigger the production of new trolleys in their own production facilities and to include them in the company’s sales offer.The condition necessary for the launch of production is the purchase of two main machinery for the preparation of the components of the bogie, i.e. the welders and the inflection of the CNC.In addition, in order for the production of a new trolley to be efficient, additional interoperational space is required for welded items.The site will be the newly built wind.A detailed description of the project is contained in point XV of the proposal.
