Celem projektu jest zapewnienie i utrzymanie na odpowiednim poziomie zasobów ludzkich niezbędnych do wykonywania zadań związanych z realizacją Umowy Partnerstwa. W jego ramach finansowane będą w urzędach wojewódzkich koszty zatrudnienia pracowników zaangażowanych w przeprowadzanie kontroli I stopnia w Programach Interreg VA w 2018 roku oraz koszty dodatkowego wynagrodzenia rocznego dla osób, które w 2017 roku wykonywały zadania kontrolera I stopnia. Zgodnie z przyjętymi w Szczegółowym opisie osi priorytetowych Programu Operacyjnego Pomoc Techniczna 2014-2020 zapisami wniosek dla urzędów wojewódzkich składany jest przez Instytucję Zarządzającą/Instytucję Krajową dla programów EWT w Ministerstwie Inwestycji i Rozwoju. The aim of the project is to ensure and maintain at an appropriate level the human resources necessary to carry out the tasks related to the implementation of the Partnership Agreement.It will fund the labour costs of the regional offices of staff involved in the carrying out of first-level checks in the Interreg VA programme in 2018 and the costs of additional annual remuneration for persons who, in 2017, carried out the duties of the first-level auditor.In accordance with the detailed description of the priority axes of the Operational Programme Technical Assistance 2014-2020, the application for regional offices shall be submitted by the Managing Authority/National Institution for ETC cooperation programmes in the Ministry of Investment and Development.
