Projekt ma na celu budowę obwodnicy Nysy w ciągu DK 41 i DK 46. Początek inwestycji przyjęto w km 0+000,00 (tj. w km 47+957,64 istniejącej drogi krajowej nr 46, na skrzyżowaniu z drogą powiatową nr 1668O). W km 7+368,79 (tj. w km 55+326,43 istniejącej drogi krajowej nr 46) kończy swój przebieg w ciągu DK46, a rozpoczyna w ciągu DK41. Koniec projektowanej obwodnicy przewidziano w km 16+494,89 (tj. w km 7+539,70 istniejącej drogi krajowej nr 41). Projekt jest realizowany w oparciu o żółty FIDIC w systemie optymalizuj i buduj. Na odcinku obwodnicy, projektowanym w ciągu DK46, przewidziano przekrój dwujezdniowy z dwoma pasami ruchu i pasem dzielącym, dostosowany do prognozowanego poziomu ruchu, natomiast na fragmencie projektowanym w ciągu DK41 przewidziano przekrój jednojezdniowy dwupasowy. W celu zapewnienia możliwości wyprzedzania na odcinku jednojezdniowym, dla każdego z kierunków ruchu, zaprojektowano lokalnie poszerzenie przekroju do 3 pasów ruchu (przekrój 2+1) i dzielącej wyspy środkowej. Zaprojektowane w ramach przedmiotowej inwestycji skrzyżowania oraz węzeł drogowy, umożliwią bezpieczną komunikację i rozprowadzenie ruchu po pozostałej sieci drogowej oraz obsługę przyległego terenu poprzez sieć dróg dojazdowych. The project aims at the construction of the Nysa ring road within DK 41 and DK 46.The start of the investment was taken at km 0 + 000,00 (i.e. km 47 + 957,64 of the existing national road No 46, at the intersection with district road No 1668O).At km 7 + 368,79 (i.e. in km 55 + 326,43 of the existing national road No 46), it ends in the course of the DK46 and starts in the DK41.The end of the planned bypass is foreseen at km 16 + 494,89 (i.e. km 7 + 539,70 of the existing National Road No 41).The project is based on FIDIC yellow FIDIC in the optimisation and building system.The section of the bypass, which was planned in the DK46, provided a two-carriageway section with two lanes and a dividing strip, adjusted to the forecasted traffic levels, while a two-lane cross section was foreseen in the section of the DK41.The cross section extension to the 3 lanes (cross-section 2 + 1) and the central island is designed to ensure the possibility of overtaking on a single-carriageway section.The intersection and the road interchange of this investment will enable secure communication and distribution of traffic on the remaining road network and the maintenance of the adjacent land via the network of access roads.
