Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa elektrociepłowni w technologii wysokosprawnej kogeneracji gazowej dla Proszkowni Mleka Sp. z o.o. w Piotrkowie Kujawskim. W ramach inwestycji powstanie nowy budynek elektrociepłowni, zewnętrzna napowietrzna instalacja wodociągowa z istniejącego budynku kotłowni gazowej, instalacja technologiczna, doziemna instalacja kanalizacji deszczowej i sanitarnej, przyłącza elektroenergetyczne oraz przyłącza gazowe wraz z zewnętrzną i wewnętrzną instalacją gazową. Projektowana powierzchnia zabudowy budynków wynosi 222,15 m2. W ramach inwestycji planuje się zakup i montaż jednostki kogeneracyjnej o następujących parametrach: ? moc elektryczna: 1,62 MW ? moc cieplna: do 2,30 MW ? sprawność ogólna: ok. 93% Zastosowanie agregatów kogeneracyjnych pozwoli na wytwarzanie energii cieplnej i elektrycznej z maksymalną sprawnością urządzeń. Nowe źródło energii zapewni pokrycie potrzeb cieplnych oraz części energii elektrycznej potrzebnej dla Proszkowni Mleka, a także przyczyni się do zmniejszenia emisji zanieczyszczeń do środowiska w stosunku do stanu istniejącego. The project consists of the construction of a combined heat and power plant in Piotrków Kujawski, a gas-fired cogeneration plant.As part of the investment, a new construction of combined heat and power (CHP) building will be created, an external air supply installation from an existing gas boiler house, a technological installation, a terrestrial sewage and sanitary sewage system, electricity connections and gas connections with an external and internal gas installation.The building surface of buildings is 222.15 m².The investment shall consist of the purchase and installation of a cogeneration unit with the following parameters:Electrical power:1.62 MW?up to 2.30 MW? general efficiency:approx.93 % use of combined heat and power units will enable heat and electricity to be produced with the maximum capacity of the equipment.The new energy source will help to cover the thermal needs and parts of electricity needed for the Milk Proszkowni milk and contribute to the reduction of emissions of pollutants into the environment in comparison with the existing ones.
