„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: rozporządzenie Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014-2020 (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 871, z późn. zm.), numer referencyjny programu pomocowego SA.42799(2015/X)” Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie, przetestowanie i wdrożenie 4 nowych projektów wzorniczych dla pierogów premium (fit, eko, regionalnych (np. kreplachów) bezglutenowych) oraz nowych wzorów funkcjonalnych opakowań, stanowiących innowację produktową. W wyniku realizacji projektu do oferty przedsiębiorstwa wprowadzone zostaną nowe produkty adresowane do nowych segmentów rynku. Przedsiębiorstwo poszerzy zakres oferty, o produkty klasy premium. W perspektywie czasu zwiększy swoją konkurencyjność na rynku, prestiż i rozpoznawalność marki oraz zwiększy wolumen przychodów. Dla Wnioskodawcy szczególnie istotna jest jakość pierogów, które będą ekologiczne i historycznie związane z regionem (np. kreplachy związane z żydowską historią okolic Bobowej). Planuje się także oparcie produkcji o tradycyjne i autorskie receptury oraz regionalne produkty (mąka, grzyby, warzywa, owoce, jajka, ser itd.) Realizację projektu rozpoczęto od usług doradczych - diagnozy – wstępnego audytu weryfikującego zasadność opracowania nowego produkt wzorniczego. W dalszym etapie zaplanowano zakup usług doradczych w zakresie: stworzenia strategii opracowania nowych projektów wzorniczych; opracowania prototypów oraz ich przetestowanie (min. wpływ procesu mrożenia, gotowania, pakowania na wzornictwo produktów i ich opakowań), a także doradztwo w zakresie wdrożenia nowych i ulepszonych produktów. Projekt obejmuje też wdrożenie opracowanych produktów do produkcji przez zakup i wytworzenie niezbędnych środków trwałych.
