Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014. W projekcie Wnioskodawca zrealizuje inwestycję początkową poprzez zakup środka trwałego w celu wdrożenia innowacyjnej, zautomatyzowanej usługi czyszczenia przewodów wiertniczych w obiegu zamkniętym, przyjaznej środowisku, bezpiecznej dla ludzi, tańszej i mniej czasochłonnej oraz skorzystać z usług proinnowacyjnych. Wdrażanie innowacji przebiegać będzie w 2 zadaniach: 1. Planowanie i realizacja wdrożenia innowacji, 2.Zakończenie, wdrożenia i monitoring. W ramach zad. nr 1 w okresie 01.10.2018-30.04.2019 przewiduje się: 1. Analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrażanie innowacji 2. Uszczegółowienie i ocena wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrażaniem innowacji 3. Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji 4. Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacja i optymalizacja 5. Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji 6. Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji 7. Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji 8. Doradztwo w zarządzaniu własnością intelektualną, w tym w zakresie ochrony praw własności intelektualnej, badania stanu techniki i czystości patentowej 9. Inwestycja początkowa - zakup środka trwałego, umożliwiającego uruchomienie innowacyjnej usługi W ramach zad. nr 2 w okresie 01.03.2019-31.10.2019 dotyczącego zakończenia wdrożenia monitoringu przewiduje się: 10.Opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu będącego przedmiotem innowacji 11.Doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji 12.Doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji 13.Pozostałe uzasadnione doradztwo niezbędne do wdrożenia innowacji 14.Monitorowanie i ocena efektów wdrożenia innowacji ....
