Cílem projektu je vývoj nové spolehlivé technologie elektricky vodivých propojení aplikovatelných do smart textilních produktů. V rámci projektu bude realizován výzkum a vývoj hybridních vodivých nití, přízí a elektronických funkčních bloků, jejich kontaktování metodou ultrazvukového svařování / nebo propojením prostřednictvím vodivých inzertních materiálů včetně zapouzdření. Vytvořené spoje budou testovány a hodnoceny s ohledem na specifické potřeby malých a středních podniků. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to develop a new reliable technology of electrically conductive connections applicable to smart textile products. Within the project will be carried out research and development of hybrid conductive threads, yarns and electronic functional blocks, their contact using ultrasonic welding/or interconnection through conductive advertising materials including encapsulation. L’objectif du projet est le développement d’une nouvelle technologie fiable de connexions électriques conductrices applicables aux produits textiles intelligents. Le projet mènera des travaux de recherche et de développement sur des fils conducteurs hybrides, des fils et des blocs fonctionnels électroniques, en les contactant par soudage/connexion par ultrasons au moyen de matériaux publicitaires conducteurs, y compris l’encapsulation. Das Projekt wird die Erforschung und Entwicklung von hybriden leitfähigen Garnen, Garnen und elektronischen Funktionsblöcken durch Ultraschallschweißen/Verbindungen durch leitfähige Werbematerialien einschließlich Verkapselung durchführen. Het doel van het project is de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe betrouwbare technologie van elektrisch geleidende verbindingen die van toepassing zijn op slimme textielproducten. Het project zal onderzoek en ontwikkeling van hybride geleidende garens, garens en elektronische functionele blokken uitvoeren, waarbij ze worden benaderd door ultrasone lassen/verbindingen door geleidende reclamematerialen, waaronder inkapseling. El proyecto llevará a cabo investigación y desarrollo de hilados conductores híbridos, hilados y bloques funcionales electrónicos, poniéndose en contacto con ellos mediante soldadura/conexión ultrasónica a través de materiales publicitarios conductivos, incluida la encapsulación.
