La Maison de l’élevage de la Vendée porte un projet de modernisation de la ferme des Etablières, ferme d'expérimentation et de démonstration au service des producteurs de viande bovine. Le réaménagement du site et l’acquisition d’équipements scientifiques permettront à cette exploitation de mener des activités de recherche et d’expérimentation sur la conduite du troupeau allaitant, l’engraissement des jeunes bovins, la qualité de la viande, l’énergie. Les résultats seront ensuite largement diffusés aux professionnels du monde agricole grâce à l’organisation de journées portes ouvertes, la diffusion de brochures techniques, etc. (French)
