Après plusieurs voyages et expériences professionnelles à l’étranger, M. SOHN a souhaité ouvrir une micro-brasserie à Strasbourg. Le concept de cette brasserie est de faire découvrir aux consommateurs les multiples manières de concevoir une bière. Le produit sera innovant au niveau de la forme de la bouteille, qui n’existe pas sur le marché français, et par la culture et le développement des levures sur place. L’installation de la micro-brasserie dans l’hôtel d’entreprises artisanales au Neuhof nécessite des travaux d’aménagement et l’équipement des locaux. (French)

After several trips and work experience abroad, Mr SOHN wanted to open a micro-brewery in Strasbourg. The idea of this brewery is to give consumers the opportunity to discover the multiple ways of designing a beer. The product will be innovative in the shape of the bottle, which does not exist on the French market, and by the culture and development of the yeast on the spot. The installation of the micro-brewery in the artisan hotel at the Neuhof requires the fitting-out works and the equipment of the premises. (English)
