Intencją do realizacji Projektu jest wzrost poziomu konkurencyjności i kondycji zachodniopomorskich przedsiębiorstw poprzez zmniejszenie barier w dostępie do usług rozwojowych dla nich oraz ich pracowników w zakresie podniesienia ich kompetencji. W ramach projektu w sposób systemowy zapewniona zostanie możliwość refundacji kosztów związanych z realizacją usług rozwojowych w ramach oferty dostępnej w Bazie Usług Rozwojowych, odpowiadających w największym stopniu na ich aktualne potrzeby. Przewiduje się objęcie wsparciem zachodniopomorskich mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorców w łącznej liczbie 1000, a także ich pracowników w łącznej liczbie 4152 (w tym do końca 2018 r. 1700 osób), co stanowi 1,09% ogółu MMŚP w regionie. Przewiduje się, że 22% będą stanowili pracownicy (lub osoby samozatrudnione) będące w wieku powyżej 50 lat, a dodatkowo 15% będą stanowić osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W rezultacie Projektu 90% MMŚP osiągnie swój cel rozwojowy i 90% ich pracowników uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje. Stworzony Fundusz będzie skierowany zarówno do MMŚP świadomych swoich potrzeb rozwojowych i braków kompetencyjnych, umiejących samodzielnie wybrać realizatorów usług, jak i tych, którzy tych potrzeb nie są świadomi lub też nie potrafią istniejących problemów zdiagnozować. Nie przewiduje się ograniczeń w dostępie dla MMŚP, jednakże poprzez różne poziomy dofinansowania usług minimalizowane będą zidentyfikowane luki na rynku, a tym samym realizowane będą cele RPO WZP. W ramach projektu przewidziano 2 zadania: 1.Funkcjonowanie 2 mobilnych doradców zapewniających równomierny dostęp dla wszystkich MMŚP w regionie, 2.Refundowanie zrealizowanych usług rozwojowych dla przedsiębiorców kwalifikujących się do wsparcia. Oprócz powyższych w ramach projektu zapewnione zostaną zasoby u Wnioskodawcy umożliwiające płynną realizację projektu. (Polish)

The project’s intention is to increase the level of competitiveness and the soundness of the West Pomeranian companies by reducing the barriers to access to development services for them and their staff to improve their competences. In the framework of the project, the possibility of reimbursement of costs related to the development services will be ensured in the framework of the offer available in the Development Database, which is the most relevant for their current needs. Zachodniopomorskie micro, small and medium-sized enterprises are foreseen to be included in a total of 1000, as well as their employees in a total of 4152 (including 1700 persons by the end of 2018), representing 1.09 % of the total MSME in the region. It is expected that 22 % will be employees (or self-employed) who are over 50 years old, and an additional 15 % are for the low-skilled. As a result, the project of 90 % of MSMEs will achieve their objective of development and 90 % of their staff will be qualified or qualified. The creation of the Fund will be aimed at both MSMEs aware of their development needs and competences, who are able to choose the reality of services themselves and those who are not aware of or are not in a position to diagnose problems. Restrictions on access for MSMEs are not foreseen, however, through different levels of co-financing of services, gaps in the market will be identified and therefore the objectives of the JPA will be pursued. The project foresees 2 tasks: 1.Operation of 2 mobile advisers providing uniform access for all MSMEs in the region, 2.Resp the completed development services for entrepreneurs eligible for support. In addition to the above, the project will provide resources for the Applicant to enable the project to run smoothly. (English)
