Celem projektu jest ożywienie społ. M. Goleniów i wparcie os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem przez rewitalizację zdegradowanego budynku Rampy i otoczenia (24 m. parking.), na obszarze rewitalizacji (LPR, projekt gł.) i nadanie mu nowych funkcji społ.-kultur. Projekt wpłynie na rozwiązanie zidentyfikowanych problemów. Obiekt zaniedbany, nieużytkowany, brak możliwości wykorzystania na c.społ., w tym aktywizację mieszkańców obsz. rewitalizacji. Nie jest dostosowany do potrzeb os. niepełnosprawnych i starszych . Inwestycja zniweluje ten problem (wejście, toalety, 2 m.parkingowe) i wprowadzi nowe usługi. Rewitalizacja stworzy obiekt kultury przeznaczony na teatr, kawiarnię, spotkania zorganiz. grup, umożliwi organizację wydarzeń kultur., aktywizację mieszkańców. Zmodernizowane pomieszczenia poprawią dostępność i zwiększą bezp. Pr. wpłynie korzystnie na środowisko-podłączenie do miejskiej sieci c.o i wod-kan, oświetlenie energooszcz., izolacja termiczna, akustyczna, p-wilgociowa, zagosp. terenu, mała archit. Inwestycja dot.rewital. obiektu-pow. uż. 1014,16m2, w tym utworzenie w dwuczęściowym budynku: sali widowiskowej i treningowej do przedstawień, zaplecza szatniowo-socjalnego, pomieszczeń biurowych, gospod. i techn.; kawiarni, magazynów. Prace–prace murarskie, renowacyjne i izolacyjne, wymiana stolarki, modernizacja dachu i instalacji (sanitarna, cieplna, elektryczna), dostawa i adapt. wagonów. Projekt nie przewiduje przeznaczenia pow. dla działalności gospod. Etapy projektu: pozw. na bud., dokumentacja (zrealizowane), procedura przetargowa, pr. budowlane i dostawa, adaptacja wagonów, promocja, inspektor nadzoru (do realizacji). Ok. 500os/m-c będzie uczestniczyło w wydarzeniach organizowanych na terenie Rampy, śr.3 wydarzenia/m-c, 1 obszar zostanie objęty rewitalizacją i dostosowany do potrzeb niepełnosprawnych. Gr. docelowa - mieszkańcy miasta, w tym obszaru rewitalizacji, turyści. Okres realizacji 30.12.18-31.12.19. Projekt wdrażany będzie przez Gm. Goleniów. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to revive the social economy. M. Goleniów and osat. at risk of exclusion, by the revitalisation of the degraded Rampe building and the surrounding environment (24 m. parking), in the area of regeneration (LPR, project run) and the new functions being made available to him. The project will address the problems identified. Neglected facilities, lack of use, lack of space for social housing, including revitalisation of the population. It is not adapted to the needs of disabled and elderly people. The investment will offset this problem (entry, toilets, 2 parking meters) and will introduce new services. The renovation will create a cultural object dedicated to the theatre, a cafeteria, a group meeting, the organisation of cultural events, the animation of the population. The modernised facilities will improve accessibility and make it easier for them to do so. It will be beneficial for the environment/connection to the urban community of c.o and w-kan, energy stunning, thermal insulation, heat insulation, p-damp heat, site, small archives. Design (s) of the product (s). 1 014.16 m², including the creation of a two-part building: performing and training rooms for spectacles, cloakrooms, office rooms, business rooms, business rooms and techn.; cafés, warehouses. Works of masonry, renovation and insulating works, replacement of joinery, renovation of the roof and installation (sanitary, thermal, electric), delivery and fitting of wagons. The project is not intended to be used for business activities. Phases of the project: expenditure connected with the budget, documentation (completed), tendering procedure, construction and delivery, conversion of wagons, promotion, supervision inspector (to be carried out). OK. 500oS/m-c will take part in the events organised on the Rampy terrain, 3 events/m-c, 1 the area will be regenerated and adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. GR. inhabitants of the city, including the regeneration area, tourists. Implementation period 30.12.18-31.12.19. The project will be implemented by the Gum Goleniów. (English)
