Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Zachodniopomorskie Centrum Onkologii w Szczecinie - szpital, którego organem tworzącym jest Zarząd Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego. Planowana przez Wnioskodawcę inwestycja pn. „ Budowa elektrowni fotowoltaicznej wraz z przyłączami elektroenergetycznymi, posadowiona będzie na nieruchomości oznaczonej jako działka ewidencyjna nr 32/8, obręb 3089, dla której wydzielona jest i prowadzona przez Sąd Rejonowy Szczecin Prawobrzeże i Zachód w Szczecinie księga wieczysta nr SZ1S/00111508/4. Przedmiotem projektu będzie budowa dwóch elektrowni fotowoltaicznych technicznie i technologicznie niezależnych, o mocy 399,84 kW i 18,36 kW, składających się ze źródła pozyskiwania i przetwarzania energii promieniowania słonecznego na energię elektryczną, urządzeń techniczno-technologicznych przetwarzających wytworzoną energię elektryczną do parametrów użytkowych odbiorców energii, linii kablowych służących przesyłaniu wytworzonej energii oraz infrastruktury technicznej towarzyszącej, związanej z eksploatacją, nadzorem technicznym elektrowni oraz ochroną i bezpieczeństwem. Wytworzona w ten sposób energia elektryczna wykorzystana będzie na potrzeby własne szpitala. Genezą problemu, który projekt ma rozwiązać są rosnące w ostatnich latach koszty związane z energią elektryczną wykorzystywaną przez Szpital do codziennej działalności. W ostatnich kilku latach Zachodniopomorskie Centrum Onkologii w Szczecinie zakończyło szereg inwestycji budowlano-doposażeniowych na terenie szpitala. Powstały nowe budynki, w których usytuowano nowe oddziały szpitalne, dokonano również inwestycji w sprzęt medyczny ( nowy rezonans magnetyczny, tomograf). Wszystkie te działania spowodowały znaczny wzrost kosztów związanych z zapewnieniem energii elektrycznej niezbędnej do funkcjonowania czy to nowego sprzętu medycznego czy też oświetlenia nowych pomieszczeń powstałych w ramach infrastruktury szpitala. The applicant is the West Pomeranian Oncology Centre in Szczecin and a hospital hosting the West Pomeranian Region’s board of directors. The project proposed by the Applicant “The construction of a photovoltaic power plant with power connections, on the property, shall be on the property designated as the cadastral parcel No 32/8, area 3089, for which it shall be separated from and run by the District Court of Szczecin and the West in the land register No SZ1S/00111508/4. The project will involve the construction of two technically and technologically independent photovoltaic plants, with a power output of 399.84 kW and 18.36 kW, consisting of the source of solar energy generation and processing for electricity, technical and technological devices which process the generated electricity for the performance of energy customers, cable lines for transmission of generated energy and technical infrastructure associated with the operation, technical supervision of the plant and security and safety. The electricity thus generated will be used for the hospital’s own needs. The problem that the project is designed to tackle is the increase in the electricity costs used by the hospital in everyday activities over the last few years. In the last few years the West Pomeranian Oncology Centre in West Szczecin has completed a number of building/retrofit investments on hospital premises. New buildings have been created, where new hospital units have been located, and investments have also been made in medical equipment (new magnetic resonance, tomograph). All these activities have resulted in a significant increase in the cost of providing the necessary electricity for the functioning of the new medical equipment or the lighting of the new hospital facilities.
