Realizacja proj. przebiegać będzie w ramach jednego zadania–termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Miasta i Gminy w Skokach. Proj.realiz.będzie w okresie 07.04.2015r.-14.11.2018r. W ramach proj.wykonane zostaną następujące prace: -Ocieplenie 1 253,11m2 ścian zewn.-styropian EPS-70 ?=0,032 W/m2K,gr.14 cm -Ociepl.78,91m2 ścian piwnic-styropian ekstrudowany XPS-150 ?=0,037 W/m2K,gr.12 cm -Ociepl.291,6m2 stropodachu niewentyl.(seg.A)-płyty warstwowe PW-11 EPS-100 ?=0,041 W/m2K,gr.15 cm -Ociepl.405,99m2 stropodachu niewentyl.(seg.B)-płyty warstwowe PW-11 EPS-100 ?=0,041W/m2K,gr.15 cm -Wym.drzwi i starych okien o łącznej pow.25,42m2 o U=0,9 W/m2*K Realiz.proj.obejmuje uspr. wentylacji mech.:montaż rekuperatorów ciepła i wym. instalacji na agregaty z odzysk. ciepła i chłodzenia z wymiennikiem obrot. Realiz.proj.zakłada moderniz. instalacji c.o.: -Zmiana2 kotłów węglowych na 1 gazowy k. kondensacyjny -Wym. instalacji c.o. -Wym.grzejników, montaż zaworów termostatycznych, regulacja pogodowa i czasowa Proj. zakłada wykonane prace budowl.: Rozbudowa budynku UMiG o hol wejściowy(13,34m2) i wykonanie podestu i pochylni dla wózków inwalidzkich(17,65m2) W wyniku realiz. ww. zapotrzebowanie na energię/rok zmniejszy się 68,79%. W ramach proj. wykonane zostaną nast.prace budowlane: -Rozbudowa budynku UMiG w Skokach o hol wejściowy wraz z wykonaniem podestu i pochylni dla wózków inwalidzkich W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną następujące roboty towarzyszące: -Wymurowanie kominów -Prace dekarskie i ślusarskie (opierzenie,parapety itd) -Wym. inst. odgromowej -Roboty uzupełniające(przełożenie nr policyjnych,tablic info) Ponadto w ramach proj. zostaną poniesione koszty związane z opracowaniem dok. technicznej (proj. budowlany, audyt energet., ekspertyza ornitolog. i chiropterolog.),nadzorem budowl. oraz promocją proj. The project will be carried out as part of one task/thermal renovation of the building of the Town Hall and of the Municipality in Skides. Draft implementing measures will be implemented in the period 07.04.2015-14.11.2018. The following work will be carried out as part of the framework: — 1 253.11 m² of EPS-70 styropian EPS-78,91? = 0,032 W/m2K, gr.14 cm: 150 W/m2K, gr.12 cm: 0,037 W/m291,6K, gr.11 cm Modernising installations for c.o.: — The denominator of the carbon boilers for 2 gas boilers at 1 condensing gas. condensing heaters, installation of thermostatic valves, weather control and time control requires construction work to be carried out: Extension of the UMiG building to an entrance hall (13.34 m²) and construction of a platform and a ramp for wheelchairs (17.65 m²) As a result, the above-mentioned energy demand/year will be reduced by 68.79 %. The following works will be carried out: Construction of the UMiG building in Skins with an entrance hall with the construction of a platform and a ramp for wheelchairs. the following accompanying works will be carried out: — Demolition of flues and weddings (care services, paralink etc) -Cruise activity — complementary work (Police ratio, info tables). in addition to the project, costs will be borne in connection with the development of a technical document (construction, energy audit., expert opinion of ornithologists and chirophologs), the supervision of the structure and the promotion of proj.
