Celem projektu jest wdrożenie w przedsiębiorstwie innowacji procesowej oraz innowacji produktowej. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa zespołu silosów magazynowych do przechowywania zbóż ekologicznych w postaci silosów lejowych wraz z niezbędnymi urządzeniami związanymi z funkcją obiektu tj. systemem załadunku, rozładunku, sterowania, czyszczenia i suszenia. Innowacja procesowa związana jest z zastosowaniem nowej linii technologicznej do magazynowania ziarna zbóż ekologicznych. W wyniku zastosowania nowej technologii powstanie możliwość rozszerzenia asortymentu czyszczonych roślin oraz świadczenie usług. Projekt prowadzi do wdrożenia innowacji procesowej oraz innowacji produktowej stosowanej w skali kraju, nie dłużej niż 3 lata. Zakres projektu: Zakup usługi sporządzenia biznesplanu (Etap I). Zakup środków trwałych (Etap II). Zakup usługi montażu środków trwałych i prac fundamentowych (Etap III). Doradztwo specjalistyczne ( Etap IV). Przedsięwzięcie należy do IS Żywność wysokiej jakości woj. warmińsko –mazurskiego. Elementem projektu jest doradztwo specjalistyczne, zakończone napisaniem strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa (7 dni/ 35 godz. doradztwo w firmie i ok.35 godz. napisanie strategii).W wyniku realizacji doradztwa wnioskodawca nabędzie kompetencje konieczne do zrealizowania projektu. Projekt realizuje cel tematyczny 3. Wzmacnianie konkurencyjności MŚP” w zakresie przewidzianym dla Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego. Projekt realizuje Priorytet inwestycyjny 3a „Promowanie przedsiębiorczości, w szczególności poprzez ułatwianie gospodarczego wykorzystywania nowych pomysłów oraz sprzyjanie tworzeniu nowych firm, w tym również poprzez inkubatory przedsiębiorczości. "Projekt realizuje cel szczegółowy działania ”Lepsze warunki do rozwoju MŚP”. Rezultatem projektu będzie zwiększony poziom kreacji przedsiębiorstw oraz inwestycji prywatnych uzupełniających wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw. Okres realizacji 22.03.2018- 15.01.2020 rok. The project aims to implement process innovation and product innovation in the enterprise. The subject of the investment is the construction of a storage silo team for the storage of organic cereals in the form of forest silos with the necessary equipment related to the function of the facility, i.e. the loading, unloading, control, cleaning and drying system. Process innovation is linked to the application of a new technology line for the storage of grain cereal grains. The application of the new technology will give rise to the possibility of extending the range of plants to be cleaned up and the supply of services. The project leads to the implementation of a process innovation and a nationally applied product innovation for no more than 3 years. Scope of the project: Purchase of a business plan for the establishment of a business plan (Stage 1). Purchase of fixed assets (Stage II). Purchase of fixed capital installation and foundation services (Stage III). Specialised advice (Stage IV). The project is owned by the Province of Warminsko-Mazurskie Province. The project element is the expert advice, the completion of the company’s development strategy (7 dni/35 h consultancy at the firm and 35h on the strategy).In the result of the implementation of the advice, the applicant will acquire the competences necessary to carry out the project. The project meets the 3 thematic objective. Strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs” to the extent foreseen for the European Regional Development Fund. The project implements the investment priority 3a ‘Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and fostering the creation of new business, including through business incubators. “The project shall deliver on the specific objective of the action” (“Better conditions”) for the development of SMEs”.
