Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie włoszczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 49 (28K, 21K) osób zarejestrowanych w PUP we Włoszczowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP we Włoszczowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of persons over the age of 29 who are unemployed in the Italian county. The main result of the project will be the establishment of 49 (28K, 21K) people registered in the PLO in Italy. The project will support persons over the age of 29 eligible under the first aid profile (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or the second aid profile (the so-called “need for support”). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO in Italy will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
