Pr. skierowany jest do 462 (w tym min. 208 K, min. 5 ON) os. zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, oraz ich otoczenia, w tym rodzin i dzieci(240dzieci, w tym min. 108K), zamieszkałych, uczących się bądź zatrudnionych na terenie Miasta Starachowice. Celem gł. pr. jest rewitalizacja społeczna odbywająca się poprzez stworzenie Starachowickiego Centrum Interwencji Kryzysowej, oferującego kompleksowe wsparcie opiekuńczo-wychowawcze, osobiste, rodzinne i społeczne dla 462 (w tym min. 208 K, min. 5 ON) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, oraz ich otoczenia, w tym rodzin i dzieci (240 dzieci, min. 108 K) do 31.01.2019 r. Pr. będzie realizowany w okresie 01.02.2017 r. do 31.01.2019 r. na terenie M. Starachowice a w szczególności w centrum działań będą osiedla wskazane do rewitalizacji w tym osiedla wskazane do konkursu Modelowa Rewitalizacja Miast. W ramach SCIK prowadzone będzie specjalistyczne poradnictwo (prawnik, psycholog, terapeuta/profilaktyk, socjoterapeuta, psychoterapeuta), grupy wsparcia oparte na etosie samopomocy, działalność profilaktyczną (ogólnopolskie programy profilaktyczne, warsztaty rozwojowe), całodobowe punkty zaufania (telefon zaufania, portal Internetowy) oraz placówkę wsparcia dziennego (wsparcie opiekuńczo-wychowawcze, rozwój uzdolnień, aktywne funkcjonowanie dzieci i młodzieży). Projekt będzie kompleksowo wspierał projekt "Starachowice OD nowa" realizowany w ramach konkursu Modelowa Rewitalizacja Miast. Kwota dofinansowania pr.: 1 053 582,32 zł Wkład własny: 85 403,92 zł. It is aimed at 462 (including at least 208 K, at least 5 ON) who are at risk of poverty and social exclusion, and their environment, including families and children (240children, including at least 108 K), residing, studying or working in the city of Starachowice. The objective is a social regeneration by the creation of the Stachowice Crisis Intervention Centre, which offers comprehensive care, personal, family and social support for 462 (including at least 208 K, at least 5 ON) of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, and their environment, including families and children (240 children, at least 108 K) by 31.01.2019. it will be implemented in the period from 01.02.2017 to 31.01.2019 in the area of M. Starachowice and, in particular, the development of the settlements identified for the regeneration of the urban regeneration event. SCIK will carry out specialised guidance (lawyer, psychologist, therapist/prevention, sociotherapist, psychotherapist), support groups based on self- aid axes, preventive activities (nationwide prevention programmes, development workshops), 24/7 trust points (trust telephone, Internet portal) and daily support (day-care support, development of talents, active functioning of children and youth). The project will be fully supported by the project “Starachowice OD” in the Model Competition of Revitalising Cities.
