Przedmiotem projektu jest nadbudowa istniejącego budynku socjalnego w Kaczycach przy ul. G. Morcinka 15 o jedną kondygnację, w związku z czym zwiększy się ilość lokali socjalnych z 14 do 20 (o 6 nowych lokali). Przewiduje się roboty konstrukcyjno - budowlane, instalacyjne: wod.-kan., p-poż., c.o., elektryczne oraz działania informacyjno- promocyjne. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie ilości mieszkań o 6. Planowana liczba mieszkańców korzystających ze wspartej infrastruktury to 6 . Działania te ukierunkowane są na osoby ubogie, niepełnospr. i niesamodzielne, w trudnych sytuacjach życiowych, borykające się z szeregiem problemów skazujących ich na marginalizację społeczną. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na poprawę dostępu do usług społecznych dla osób wykluczonych/zagrożonych wykluczeniem. Projekt realizowany w ramach RIT Sub. Płd. The object of the project is the superstructure of an existing social housing building in Kaczyce at ul. G. Morcinka 15 with one floor and therefore the number of social housing units from 14 to 20 will increase (by 6 new premises). Construction works are foreseen, construction works, installation works: water, light, electric, electrical and promotional activities. The aim of the project is to increase the number of dwellings by 6. The planned number of inhabitants benefiting from the supported infrastructure is 6. These measures are aimed at the poor, have a disability, and are not autonomous, in situations of hardship, facing a number of problems affecting their social marginalisation. The project will improve access to social services for those excluded/at risk of exclusion. Project implemented under the IT Sub. South.
