Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja sieci ciepłowniczej na terenie Osiedla Sikorskiego w Skarszewach. W ramach projektu zostanie wymieniona czterorurowa kanałowa sieć na nowoczesną, dwururową sieć cieplną wykonaną z rur preizolowanych. Inwestycja ma na celu podniesienie efektywności systemu cieplnego, ograniczenie strat na przesyle oraz redukcję szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery. Projekt jest przygotowany pod względem formalno-prawnym do realizacji, posiada niezbędną dokumentację techniczną oraz wymagane zaświadczenia i decyzje warunkujące rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu. Inwestycja odpowiada na potrzeby interesariuszy projektu oraz jest zgodna z sektorowymi gminnymi dokumentami strategicznymi: Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej oraz Projektem założeń do planu zaopatrzenia w ciepło, energię elektryczną i paliwa gazowe Gminy Skarszewy na lata 2015 ÷ 2030. The project concerns the modernisation of the district heating network of Sikorski in Skareeski. The project will include a four-tube channel network into a modern, two-pipe thermal network made of pre-insulated pipes. The investment aims at increasing the efficiency of the thermal system, reducing transmission losses and reducing harmful substances into the atmosphere. The project is prepared in formal and legal terms for implementation, has the necessary technical documentation and the required supporting documents and decisions to start the project. The investment shall respond to the needs of the project stakeholders and shall be consistent with sectoral municipal strategic documents: The Low Carbon Economy Plan and the Assumption of the Assumption Plan into the Water Supply Plan, Electricity and Gas Municipality of Skarek Municipality for the 2015-2030 period ÷. Total project value: PLN 1 702 477,61 gross. (English)
