Przedmiotem projektu jest podjęcie szeregu działań rewitalizacyjnych: 1)Dostosowanie Żuławskiego Ośrodka Kultury do celów świadczenia usług społecznych 2)Zagospodarowanie bulwaru wzdłuż rzeki Tuga 3)Zagospodarowanie części wspólnych i podwórek wspólnot mieszkaniowych oraz komunalnych obiektów mieszkaniowych (6 budynków komunalnych, 2 podwórek przy budynkach komunalnych, 3 budynki WM i podwórko pomiędzy dwoma budynkami SM) 4)Zagospodarowanie ciągów komunikacyjnych i terenów przyległych (ul. Miłosza, ul. Przechodnia, ul. Wejhera, ul. Obrońców Westerplatte, ul. Wąska) 5)Instrument elastyczności (konkurs dla mieszkańców, warsztaty, prace związane z zagospodarowaniem terenu) Celem projektu jest przywrócenie funkcji społeczno-gospodarczych i poprawa jakości przestrzeni publicznej na zdegradowanym obszarze nr 11 miasta Nowy Dwór Gdański.
