W ramach projektu przeprowadzona zostanie dokładna inwentaryzacja wybranych zabytkowych budynków metodą skaningu laserowego 3D. Projektem zostanie objętych 10 zabytkowych kościołów i Wielki Piec „A” Huty Pokój. Dla każdego obiektu pozyskana zostanie tzw. „chmura punktów” tworząca trójwymiarowy kolorowy model skanowanego obiektu, który poprzez sieć Internet zostanie udostępniony do samodzielnego zwiedzania (wirtualny spacer). Dla każdego obiektu wykonany zostanie też film prezentujący obiekt. Pozyskane dane zostaną połączone z istniejącymi systemami informacji o terenie miasta. Oprócz walorów wizualnych i możliwości wirtualnego zwiedzenia obiektu skaning dokumentować będzie bardzo dokładnie stan zachowania obiektu, pozwoli na wykrycie uszkodzeń, nachyleń, dokonywanie zdalnych późniejszych pomiarów wszystkich zeskanowanych elementów obiektu i posłuży do opracowania pełnej dokumentacji architektoniczno–budowlanej obiektu. Pozyskana „chmura punktów” będzie bezcenną bazą danych o obiekcie. (Polish)

In the framework of the project, a detailed inventory of selected historical buildings will be carried out using a 3D laser scanning method. The project will be covered by 10 historic churches and Grand Pic “A” Huta Pokój. For each facility it will be selected so called The ‘dots cloud’, forming a three-dimensional colour model of a scanned site, which will be made available for self-visit on the Internet via the Internet. A clip presenting the object will also be made for each facility. The data obtained will be linked to the existing information systems in the city area. In addition to the visual and virtual merit of a scan facility, it will document very carefully the conservation status of the site, detect damage, inclination, make remote subsequent measurements of all scanned elements of the site, and will serve to develop the full architectural and construction documentation of the site. The acquired ‘points cloud’ will be an invaluable database of data on the site. (English)
