Le projet se déroulera en 3 lots et un lot de gestion de projet : -Lot 1 Gestion de projet : ce lot durera toute la durée du projet, l'objectif de ce premier lot est de réaliser la gestion administrative, financière et technique du projet pour en assurer le bon déroulement du point de vue des objectifs et du planning. En outre, il s'agira également de protéger les résultats des travaux à travers la protection intellectuelle adéquate comme les brevets par exemple. Enfin, il s'agira de faire un suivi des risques du projet afin d'anticiper et se prémunir contre ces risques qui pourraient mettre en danger le bon déroulement du projet ; -Lot 2 Q.ware, répartition et optimisation intelligente des calculs et de la grille: ce lot durera toute la durée du projet avec des livrables intermédiaires permettant d'implémenter au fur et à mesure les améliorations apportées à cette couche logicielle essentielle. -Lot 3 Q.rad v3, optimisation et industrialisation du radiateur intelligent : ce lot démarrera dès le début du projet et devrait durer 18 mois. -Lot 4 Bâtiment intelligent, conception et expérimentation de cas d'usage : ce lot durera l'ensemble du projet avec dans un premier temps la définition, la conception et le développement des différentes briques technologiques qui seront utilisées dans les cas d'usage. Dans un second temps les différents cas d'usage seront implémentés dans des lieux d'expérimentation et de démonstration. (French)

The project will be carried out in 3 lots and one project management lot: — Lot 1 Project management: this lot will last for the entire duration of the project, the aim of this first lot is to carry out the administrative, financial and technical management of the project in order to ensure that the project runs smoothly from the point of view of objectives and planning. In addition, it will also be necessary to protect the results of the work through appropriate intellectual protection such as patents. Lastly, it will be necessary to monitor the project’s risks in order to anticipate and guard against those risks which could jeopardise the smooth running of the project; — Lot 2 Q.ware, distribution and intelligent optimisation of calculations and grid: this lot will last for the entire duration of the project with intermediate deliverables to implement the improvements made to this essential software layer. — Lot 3 Q.rad v3, optimisation and industrialisation of the smart radiator: this lot will start from the start of the project and is expected to last 18 months. — Lot 4 — Intelligent building, design and testing of use: this lot will last the whole project, starting with the definition, design and development of the various technological bricks that will be used in the use cases. In a second phase, the various use cases will be implemented in experimental and demonstration sites. (English)
