Głównym celem projektu pn. „Podniesienie efektywności i dostępności e-usług w Gminie Świlcza” jest zwiększenie dostępności i jakości 15 e-usług (15 usług A2B/A2C oraz 0 usług A2A), świadczonych przez Wnioskodawcę, poprzez zakup niezbędnego sprzętu informatycznego oraz oprogramowania, do I kwartału 2018 r. Cele szczegółowe: zwiększenie oferty e-usług w działalności gminy (w tym e-usług o wysokim poziomie dojrzałości); rozbudowa infrastruktury teleinformatycznej, do poziomu niezbędnego dla uruchomienia i funkcjonowania wskazanych e-usług.Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on-line o stopniu dojrzałości 3 - dwustronna interakcja: 4Liczba usług publicznych udostępnionych on - line o stopniu dojrzałości co najmniej 4 – transakcja: 11Źródłami weryfikacji osiągniętych wskaźników będą: dokumentacja związana z realizacją projektu, w tym protokoły odbioru, faktury, umowy z Wykonawcami, dokumentacja fotograficzna. W związku z realizacją przedsięwzięcia Wnioskodawca realizował będzie zadania związane z zarządzaniem projektem oraz jego promocją. (Polish)

The main objective of the project: “Improving the efficiency and accessibility of e-services in the municipality of Świecie” is to increase the availability and quality of 15 e-services (15 A2B/A2C services and 0 A2A services), provided by the Applicant, through the purchase of necessary IT equipment and software, by Q2018. increasing the supply of e-services in the activities of the municipality (including services with a high level of maturity); development of ICT infrastructure to the level necessary for the deployment and functioning of identified e-services: number of online public services with maturity 3 — two-way interaction: 4 Number of public services made available — line to maturity of at least 4 — transaction: The indicators for the 11s will be: documentation related to the implementation of the project, including collection protocols, invoices, contracts with contractors, photographic documentation. In connection with the implementation of the project, the applicant will perform tasks related to the management and promotion of the project. (English)
