Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia absolwentów ZST poprzez dostosowanie ich kwalifikacji zawodowych do potrzeb rynku pracy do 31.10.2019r. Główne rezultaty to: podniesienie jakości i efektywności kształcenia poprzez uzupełnienie i aktualizację wiedzy 42 naucz.(13 K) w obszarze związanym z nauczanym przedmiotem, zdobycie dośw. zawodowego i poznanie rzeczywistych w-ków pracy w naucz. zawodzie przez 480 ucz. (219K), zdobycie dodatk.umiejętności zawod.przez 440 uczn.(120 K), nabycie umiejętności świadomego planowania i kierowania swoją przyszłością edukacyjną i zawodową przez 297 ucz. (150 K), zmotywowanie do podjęcia studiów techn. i podniesienie poziomu wiedzy z matem. przez 60 uczn. technikum (53 M),poprawa techniczn. warunków kształcenia w technikum i zsz wg zaleceń MEN i rekomendacji zakładów współpracujących ze szkołą. Grupami docelowymi są: uczniowie/nnice ZST oraz nauczyciele/ki kształcenia zawodowego ZST. Główne zadania realizowane w projekcie to: zorganizowanie specjalistycznych szkoleń i kursów dla 37 naucz (12 K) oraz studiów podyplomowych dla 5 naucz (1 K), zorg. wakacyjnych staży dla 348 uczn.technikum (167 K) oraz praktyk dla 132 uczn.zsz (52 K) u pracodawców, zorganizowanie 13 kursów zawodowych dla uczniów/nnic technikum i zsz, zorg. warsztatów edukacyjno-zawodowych dla uczniów/nnic technikum i zsz, zorganizowanie kursu przygotowawczego z matematyki we współpracy z Politechniką Rzeszowską dla uczniów technikum, doposażenie wg zaleceń MEN i zakładów współpracujących ze szkołą 6 pracowni: 2 pracowni gastronomicznych, pracowni obróbki ręcznej metali, pracowni spajania i cięcia metali, pracowni komputerowej oraz pracowni samochodowej. Wszystkie planowane w proj. działania odpowiadają na zidentyfikowane potrzeby beneficjtów i gwarantują zachowanie zasady równości szans płci na każdym etapie realizacji projektu. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the employment or self-employment of ZST graduates by adapting their professional qualifications to the needs of the labour market by 31.10.2019. The main results are: improving the quality and efficiency of education by completing and updating the knowledge of learning 42 (13 K) in the area of education and training and gaining knowledge of the real jobs in the classroom by 480 people. (219k), completing the skills of the player by 440 students (120 K), acquiring skills in planning and managing their educational and professional future for 297 learners. (150 K), to encourage technical studies and to raise the level of knowledge of the technical college (53 M), technical improvement of the terms and conditions of education at the technical college and the SSF in accordance with the recommendations of the MEN and the recommendations of the establishments cooperating with the school. The target groups shall be: school pupils/nce and teachers/vocational training courses in ZST. The main tasks of the project are to: the organisation of specific trainings and courses for 37 lessons (12 K) and postgraduate studies for 5 nager (1 K), an audit of 348 vocational training courses for students (167 K) and for traineeships for 132 people (52 K) for employers, 13 vocational courses for students of technical colleges and students, and the organisation of a vocational education and vocational workshop for students of technical college and VET students, and organising a training course for mathematics in cooperation with the Rzeszów University of Technology, providing equipment in accordance with the recommendations of the MEN and establishments cooperating with the school of 6 staff: 2 Catering staff, manual metal processing staff, staff for rolling out and cutting metals, computers and cars. All actions planned in the action respond to the beneficiary needs identified and ensure that the principle of equal opportunities is maintained at each stage of the project. (English)
