Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa nowych instalacji wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii dla gospodarstw domowych na terenie Miasta Krosna i Gminy Krościenko Wyżne. Projektem objętych zostanie 692 gospodarstwa domowe, w których będzie zainstalowanych 806 instalacji OZE, w tym 625 na terenie Miasta Krosna i 181 na terenie Gminy Krościenko Wyżne. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane następujące instalacje: 1) instalacje fotowoltaiczne służące do zamiany energii słonecznej na energię elektryczną (o mocy 2,12 kW; 3,18 kW; 4,24 kW; 5,30 kW) – łącznie 468 szt.; 2) instalacje kolektorów słonecznych wykorzystujące energię słoneczną do produkcji energii cieplnej, służące do podgrzewu ciepłej wody użytkowej (o mocy 2,86 kW; 4,29 kW) – łącznie 192 szt.; 3) automatyczne kotły centralnego ogrzewania opalane biomasą produkujące ciepło na potrzeby centralnego ogrzewania i ciepłej wody użytkowej (o mocy 15 kW; 20 kW; 25 kW; 45 kW) – łącznie 119 szt.; 4) gruntowe pompy ciepła wykorzystujące energię geotermalną wytwarzające energię cieplną na potrzeby centralnego ogrzewania i ciepłej wody użytkowej (o mocy 6 kW; 10 kW; 13 kW) – łącznie 27 szt. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie udziału produkcji energii elektrycznej i cieplnej przy pomocy odnawialnych źródeł energii na terenie gmin partnerskich. Jego osiągnięciu mają służyć cele szczegółowe: - wdrożenie systemów inteligentnego zarządzania energią przy wykorzystywaniu OZE w gospodarstwach domowych na terenie gmin partnerskich; - montaż instalacji OZE umożliwiających mieszkańcom uzyskanie oszczędności finansowych z tytułu korzystania z energii na potrzeby własnych budynków mieszkalnych; - unowocześnienie procesu wytwarzania energii powodujące redukcję poziomu emisji szkodliwych gazów i pyłów do atmosfery; - promowanie montażu OZE w aspekcie korzyści ekonomiczno-społecznych mieszkańców, w szczególności obniżenie kosztów energii elektrycznej i cieplnej oraz zmniejszenie emisji substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery. The project involves the construction of new installations using renewable sources of energy for households in the town of Krosno and the municipality of Krościenko. The project will cover 692 households hosting 806 RES installations, including 625 RES installations in Krosno City and 181 in Krościenko Municipality. The following installations will be constructed within the framework of the project: 1) Solar photovoltaic power systems for the conversion of solar energy into electricity (with a power of 2.12 kW; 3.18 kW; 4.24 kW; 5.30 kW) — total 468; 2) solar collectors installations for thermal energy production, for hot water heating (2.86 kW); 4.29 kW) — total 192; 3) solid-liquid central heating boilers producing heat for central heating and domestic hot water (of 15 kW; 20 kW; 25 kW; 45 kW) — total 119; 4) outdoor heat pumps generating heat generation for central heating and domestic hot water (of 6 kW; 10 kW; 13 kW) — 27 in total The main objective of the project is to increase the share of production of electricity and heat using renewable energy sources in the territory of the partner municipalities. The objectives are to achieve the following objectives: Implementation of smart energy management systems for the use of RES in households in partner municipalities; — installing renewable installations enabling inhabitants to obtain financial savings from the use of energy for their own residential buildings; — modernisation of the generation process leading to reductions in emissions of harmful gases and dusts into the atmosphere; Promotion of the installation of RES in terms of the economic and social benefits of the inhabitants, in particular the reduction of the cost of electricity and heat and the reduction of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.
