Zakres projektu pn: Budowa oczyszczalni ścieków wraz z kanalizacją sanitarną na terenie aglomeracji Iwkowa w miejscowościach Kąty, Iwkowa, Porąbka Iwkowska, Drużków Pusty obejmuje zaprojektowanie,wybudowanie i uruchomienie sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej o długości 29,953 km, przyłączy domowych o długości 9.869km oraz oczyszczalni ścieków o maksymalnej przepustowości 450m3d. W zakres inwestycji wchodzi również wybudowanie rurociągów tłocznych, sieciowych przepompowni ścieków oraz zakup ciągnika rolniczego z beczka asenizacyjną. Niezbędne będzie wykonanie analizy finansowej przedsięwzięcia , inwentaryzacji geodezyjnej powykonawczej, zatrudnienie inspektora nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz autora projektu do nadzoru autorskiego, w koszt inwestycji wchodzą również działania promocyjne. Zaprojektowana sieć z przyłączami wykonana będzie z rur PE w średnicach od 315 do 160 mm. W skład oczyszczalni ścieków wchodzi budynek oczyszczalni ścieków z wiatą na osad ze zbiornikiem uśredniającym I, zbiornikiem ścieków dowożonych i tacę ociekową, budynek technicznosocjalny, osłonę śmietnikową, place, drogi wewnętrzne i miejsca postojowe, ogrodzenie wraz z bramą dojazdową, zjazd publiczny z drogi gminnej, kanalizację sanitarną wraz z wylotem ścieków oczyszczonych oraz rurociągi technologiczne, instalację elektryczną i AKPiA z oświetleniem terenu. Na przedmiotową inwestycję, Gmina Iwkowa posiada prawomocne pozwolenie na budowę. Wybudowana czyszczalnia ścieków po zakończeniu realizacji projektu inwestycyjnego i oddaniu do użytkowania będzie spełniać wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. U. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego Dz. Scope of the pn project: The construction of a sewage treatment plant with sanitary sewerage in the area of the Iwkov agglomeration in the towns of Kąty, Iwkowa, Porąbka Iwkowska, Przyszłzków P³aw includes the design, construction and operation of a 29,953-km sanitary sewage system for domestic connections with a length of 9.869 km and a sewage treatment plant with a maximum capacity of 450m3d. The investment also includes the construction of compressor stations, network pumping stations and the purchase of an agricultural tractor with an aseptic bag. It will be necessary to carry out a financial analysis of the project, the land grabbing inventory, the employment of the investor supervisor and the author of the copyright project, the cost of the investments is also covered by the promotion measures. A network with connections will be designed with EP pipes in diameters 315 to 160 mm. The waste water treatment plant shall consist of a sewage treatment plant building on a sediment with an averaging tank I, a sewage pool of feeder waters and a drip tray, a technical building, shelter, cream, squares, internal roads and parking places, fencing with access gates, public departure from the municipal road, sewer sanitation including wastewater discharge, technology, installation and AKPiA, with the land being lit. For the investment in question, the Municipality of Iwkov has a valid planning permission. The constructed wastewater treatment after completion of the investment project and putting into service will comply with the provisions of Council Directive 91271/EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment OJ L 13540 of 30.5.1991 and Regulation of the Minister for the Environment of 18 November 2014 on the conditions to be met when discharging waste water to waters or soil and on substances which are particularly harmful to the aquatic environment Journal of Laws 2014, item 1800.
