Gmina Miasto Raciąż od wielu lat podejmuje inicjatywy na rzecz dynamizacji rozwoju społeczno – gospodarczego oraz przestrzennego. O staraniach Gminy w tym zakresie stanowi szereg inwestycji, jakie realizowane były w ostatnich latach, w tym w zakresie ochrony środowiska, również przy udziale zewnętrznych środków finansowych. Możliwości rozwojowe nie mogą być jednak w pełni wykorzystane ze względu na występujące problemy w sferze infrastrukturalnej gminy. Celem dostosowania bazy infrastrukturalnej danego obszaru do współczesnych standardów oraz wymogów użytkowników, Gmina Miasto Raciąż podejmuje działania na rzecz poprawy stanu aktualnego. Jednym z takich działań jest właśnie przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie. Jego realizacja umożliwiła poprawę stanu siedmiu obiektów użytku publicznego w Mieście, które z jednej strony świadczą niezwykle istotne usługi dla lokalnej społeczności, a z drugiej wymagały pilnej i kompleksowej modernizacji ze względu na ich szczególnie niekorzystne oddziaływanie na środowisko gminy, a także z uwagi na wysokie koszty ich eksploatacji. Realizacja projektu w sposób bezpośredni przełoży się na poprawę środowiska poprzez redukcję emisji gazów cieplarnianych, zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię oraz zdolność do wytwarzania czystej energii z OZE. Termomodernizowane będą następujące budynki: Urząd Gminy Miasto Raciąż, MCKSiR, Biblioteka, Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej -Kilińskiego 21, Przedszkole, Miejski Zespół Szkół, OSP, Hala Sportowa. Roboty będą polegały na: - ociepleniu obiektów: przegród zewnętrznych obiektu, w tym ścian zewnętrznych, dachów lub stropodachów; - wymianie okien lub drzwi zewnętrznych; - ociepleniu podłóg poprzez docieplenie fundamentów; - przebudowie systemów grzewczych - budowie i przebudowie systemów wentylacji i klimatyzacji wraz z rekuperacją; - zastosowaniu automatyki pogodowej lub zastosowaniu systemów zarządzania energią w budynkach; - instalację OZE wykorzystywana w modernizowanych energetycznie budynkach; (Polish)

The municipality of Racio has for many years been launching initiatives to boost the social and economic development of the community. The Municipality’s efforts in this respect are a number of investments which have been made in recent years, including in the field of environmental protection, also with the involvement of external financial resources. However, development opportunities cannot be fully exploited due to existing problems in the area of infrastructure of the municipality. In order to adapt the infrastructure base of the area to today’s standards and to the requirements of users, the City of Rapregnancies is taking action to improve the state of play. One such activity is precisely the project. Its implementation has helped to improve the status of seven public service sites in the city, which, on the one hand, provide vital services to the local community and, on the other, required urgent and comprehensive modernisation, because of their particularly adverse effects on the community’s environment, and in view of the high cost of their operation. The project will directly contribute to improving the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing energy demand and the ability to produce clean energy from RES. The following buildings will be modernised: Office of the Municipality of Raciąż, MCKSiR, Library, Municipal Centre for Social Assistance — Kilińskiego 21, Pre-School, Urban School, the TSO, Hal Sportow. The works will consist of: — Buying of the plants: building envelope partitions, including external walls, roofs or tuning; Replacement of windows or external doors; Warming of the floor by heating the foundations; Conversion of heating systems — construction and reconstruction of ventilation and air-conditioning systems with repair; — the use of climate automation, or the use of energy management systems in buildings; — RES installation used in energy buildings modernised; (English)
