Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będzie ogółem 399 osób (187 kobiet, 212 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Wśród otoczonych wsparciem znajdzie się: - 80 osób (40 kobiet, 40 mężczyzn) długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 50 osób (10 kobiet, 40 mężczyzn) w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - 2 osoby (1 kobieta, 1 mężczyzna) z niepełnosprawnościami, - 168 osób (40 kobiet, 128 mężczyzn) o niskich kwalifikacjach do poziomu ICED 3, - 3 osoby (3 mężczyzn) bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat. Każdemu uczestnikowi przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych, które zostaną u niego zidentyfikowane i określone w Indywidualnym Planie Działania. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over from disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Wołomin. The target group of the project will be a total of 399 people (187 women, 212 men) aged 30 and over from disadvantaged groups who are not in the district of Wołomin. The following support will be included: — 80 people (40 women, 40 men) for the long-term unemployed, — 50 people (10 women, 40 men) aged 50 and over, — 2 people (1 women, 1 men) with disabilities, — 168 people (40 women, 128 men) with low qualifications (men) to ICED 3 level, — 3 people (3 men) unemployed men aged 30-49. A specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems that will be identified and specified in the Individual Action Plan.
