Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w Mieście Nowym Sączu. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: a) osób powyżej 50 r.ż. – na poziomie co najmniej 33%; b) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – na poziomie co najmniej 38%; c) osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – na poziomie co najmniej 30%; d) osób z niepełnosprawnościami – na poziomie co najmniej 33%; e) kobiet – 39%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Sądecki Urząd Pracy realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over in Nowy Sącz City. The main output of the project will be the recruitment of project participants at the level of: (a) persons above 50. At a level of at least 33 %; (b) the low-skilled of at least 38 %; long-term unemployment of at least 30 %; persons with disabilities at a level of at least 33 %; (e) women 39 %. The project will support persons aged 30 years and up to the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Labour Office will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
