Ogólne założenia projektu: Projekt „Termomodernizacja budynku administracyjnego Starostwa Powiatowego w Kozienicach” dotyczy głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej, stanowiącego budynek administracyjny Starostwa Powiatowego - aparatu pomocniczego Starosty, organów Rady i Zarządu Powiatu Kozienickiego, czyli Wnioskodawcy projektu. Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie prac inwestycyjnych które doprowadzą do zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej budynku i poprawy jego stanu technicznego. Cele projektu: Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa stanu i efektywności energetycznej budynku administracyjnego Starostwa Powiatowego w Kozienicach. Osiągniecie założonego celu głównego umożliwi racjonalną i oszczędną gospodarki zasobami energetycznymi w budynku, prowadzące między innymi do zmniejszenia kosztów eksploatacyjnych, produkowanych zanieczyszczeń środowiska i poprawę komfortu korzystania ze zmodernizowanego budynku. Do najważniejszych korzyści jakie wystąpią w wyniku realizacji projektu należą: zapewnienie długotrwałej efektywności energetycznej budynku, wsparcie warunków dla gospodarki niskoemisyjnej i zrównoważonego rozwoju regionu, wzrost komfortu użytkowania budynku, poprawa stanu zdrowia pracowników i innych osób w nim przebywających, zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji budynku. Zakres projektu: Zakres projektu obejmuje następujące zadania: 1. Przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej projektu, 2. Prace projektowe, 3. Prace budowlane, 4. Działania informacyjno-promocyjne Grupa docelowa: Grupę docelową projektu stanowią mieszkańcy powiatu kozienickiego – interesanci i pracownicy urzędu oraz pozostałe osoby korzystające z budynku administracyjnego. Overall project assumptions: The ‘Thermal modernisation of the administrative building of the district of Kozienice’ project concerns the deep modernisation of the energy building of the public service, which is the administrative building of the Starostwa District — the Starowa’s auxiliary machinery, and the bodies of the Council and the Board of Directors of the Kozienice district, i.e. the applicant for the project. The project involves carrying out investment work which will lead to an increase in the energy efficiency of the building and the improvement of its technical condition. Objectives of the project: The main objective of the project is to improve the energy status and efficiency of the administrative building of the district authority in Kozienice. Achieving the headline target will enable rational and economical management of energy resources in the building, leading inter alia to reduced operating costs, environmental pollution and improved comfort of the use of a modernised building. The most important benefits of the project are: ensuring the long-term energy efficiency of the building, supporting the conditions for a low carbon economy and sustainable development of the region, increasing the comfort of the use of the building, improving the health of workers and other persons in the building, reducing the cost of operating the building. Scope of the project: The scope of the project includes the following tasks: 1. Preparation of application documentation, 2. Design work, 3. Construction work, 4. Targeted information and communication actions: The target group of the project is the inhabitants of the Kozienicki district, with the interested parties and the staff of the office and other persons using the administrative building.
